I recently needed to renew my 13 year old blind dogs eye drops . I had tried unsuccessfully to reach my eye dactor but they were closed due to the virus i usually order the eye drops on line from Allivet because they have all of the eye doctors info. After several days I was running low on drops so I contacted my regular Vet and he sent the prescription to CVS at Cypress Creek and Bell blvd in Cedar Park tx.At Allivet I pay $21 for the drops When I went to CVS they charged me $104 for the same drops . I asked them why they were ripping me off . They just looked at me and shrugged. They would not let me return them either.I have talked to other people who refuse to shop at CVS because they constantly being ripped. When I filed a complaint with the BBB their response to the BBB was the same. Could care less. Please do not shop CVS.

Cvs is NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP because they have a huge turnover in staff who obviously have poor or no competent training before coming to work in the store, thus stocking of items is poor and the newer cashiers barely know how to apply the discount coupons to purchases. I now shop at nearby Walgreens who know how to regularly stock the store...better experience shopping at Walgreens

Honestly, waiting in long lines to pick up your prescriptions is like purgatory, but upon entering over the threshold that bestowed me upon the checkout girl, Caili to pay for my prescriptions I realized her whole demeanor, attitude, and professionalism is exactly what we simply DO NOT have enough. It is majorly lacked in all areas of getting service these days. I spoke to this young girl on the phone yesterday (in regards to my prescriptions) and it was the easiest most informative call I have had in a long time...I want to give a Kudos to Caili at CVS located on 4th in Troy, NY. Please, do not ever lose the kindness in you and keep up the great work. I see you going very far in life!

I love my CVS Pharmacy inside of Target. My prescriptions are ready and waiting and i have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get it and it is rare for that to happen. Usually I walk right up and get helped immediately. Everyone is so nice!

My CVS pharmacy is the greatest. The people who work at this CVS pharmacy are kind and go out of they're way to help you. Carrollton Texas CVS at Keller spring and Josey Lane. Thank you CVS. Never have my medicine filled anywhere else.

CVS Pharmacy on Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville, TN. has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Slow to fill prescriptions, slow to answer their phone calls, will not follow up you on prescriptions left behind for refiles when they tell you that your doctor needs to contacted before refilling the medication.

My family and I are DONE, with this store. Walgreen's or Kroger Pharmacy will be where we get our medications filled from this day forward. Do yourself a favor and run the other way from CVS.

The CVS on Clark Rd. in Sarasota, 5250 Clark Rd.… Absolute worst pharmacy that I've ever been to. They are slow AF, never have any sense of urgency… Customer service is absolutely nonexistent, the last person I dealt with yesterday, Michelle the personality of a wall who was also snarky and condescending made my visit to this location and every other CVS location my final one! I've spent a lot of money between myself and my wife as CVS over the years, shame, but I've given them several opportunities in their pharmacy and it's never any better. There are way too many pharmacy options out there. Be careful CVS, I remember several pharmacies that are no more… You cant afford to operate your business this way, there are two other pharmacies right across the street..

CVS best pharmacy ever. They take the time to manage my prescriptions, finding ways to get my prescriptions for less money. My medications are filled correctly and in timely fashion. If they say an hour to fill prescriptions, we wait in store because we never wait more than 15 minutes. The pharmacists are always ready to answer any stupid questions. If I have a new Rx they are quick to inform of anything I need to know

I went to fill a prescription today at the local Cvs which just took over the independent pharmacy. I have a prescription which is not covered by insurance. Formerly I paid 30 dollars for it. Today, 4 months later after filling it with the independent pharmacy, cvs told me it would be 300dollars. Seems like corporate fraud!

MY LIST HAS A LOT OF MEDS ABOUT 29 DIFFERENT KIND LIKE (1) PANTOPRAZOLE SOD DR 40 MG 1 X DAILY (2) SYNTHROID 112 MCG 1 X DAILY (3) METFORMIN 500 MG 2 TABLET 2X DAILY (4) PRAMIPEXOLE 0.25 MG 1 TAB 3X DAILY (5) FINASTERIDE 5MG 1X DAILY (6) CLOPIDOGREL 75 MG 1 X DAILY (7) RANEXA 1000 MG 1 TABLET 2X DAILY (8) ASPIRIN 81 MG X DAILY (9) ISOSORB MONO 120 MG BY MOUNTH IN THE MORNING (10) NITRO TAKE AS NEEDED FOR AS OF NOW I AM OUT. (11) PROPRANOLOL 20 MG TAB 1 TIMES DAILY. THE PROPRANOLOL
(12) FUROSEMIDE 20 MG X 1X DAILY, WHY (13) STOOL SOFTENER 1X DAYLY (13) OMEGA 3 AND A LOT MORE MEDS 29 IN ALL I UNDERSTAND I HAVE ALOT OF MED BUT DON'T BLAME ME TELL THE DOCTOR. CVS Pharmacy in Romney, WV is the WORST!!! I called my Dad's med refill in to the pharmacy first thing on Monday morning, told them I would pick it up after 9am Tuesday. About 2:30pm Tuesday, I went to get the refill, girl said it was NOT ready, med has to be ordered, it's out of stock. I informed the girl, we are leaving very early Saturday morning for an out of state wedding, 6 hour drive away and I need refill by Friday, Dad only has enough pills until Sunday, the day of the wedding, and we will not be returning home to WV until Monday, probably arriving late evening. On Thursday, I called CVS (automated messaging) to see if refill was ready, machine said it will be ready at 4:45pm... On Friday morning, I called CVS (automated messaging) to see if refill was ready yet for pick-up and machine said it would NOT be ready until after 3pm!
I called back to speak with an associate and "yes" the woman remembered ordering the med, said refill would be ready for me to pick-up in half an hour... I drove to CVS but, guess what! Refill was for ONLY 3 PILLS!!! The remainder of pills for the refill will NOT be ready until sometime TUESDAY!!! Unbelievable!!! Thank GOD my Dad has ALL his meds filled by mail order! The only reason why THIS med was filled at CVS was because his doctor suddenly increased the dosage amount! THIS is exactly why I changed my primary pharmacy about 3 years ago... The CVS employees are very nice and quite friendly BUT, the service is the WORST!!!

This Company is improving with the Customer service approach and just be original, take care of your Customers fairly without being bias.

Cvs has the worse pharmacy anywhere. I live in a small town and CVS is the main pharmacy. If another pharmacy comes in I will start using it. I may start using the pharmacy 12 miles away with limited hours. I was on hold yesterday for the pharmacy almost 11/2 hours in combined time. (3 times). No one ever answered. I was out of town and needed my blood thinner refilled. I needed them to fax my doctors office a refill request. I didn’t get anyone so it didn’t get filled. That’s a serious thing. What happened to them? They used to be better than they are now!! The biggest problem is they don’t care!!!!!

The check out and returns are easy. I use them all the time they have various products online you can’t find in stores. I’ll continue to use cvs just not for my prescriptions. Thanks!
