paid £85 to never hear from them. emailed them multiple times, called a few times with no success, left a voicemail - nothing. i flagged it up with my bank.

The quality of CV and the overall service is really good. Me and my partner secured jobs with their help. Can't thank enough.

This service may have been good earlier but currently it is a shambles.

I spoke to Alex on the phone, who promised turnaround of my CV within the day for an urgent job application and I chose the Executive CV package.

I spoke to him at 8.45am and paid/sent my CV by 9.30am. By 4pm noone had called for the 1 to1 zoom discussion regarding my CV, career goals etc and noone was picking up on their phone lines. I called numerous times in the day and also left a voicemail. I finally tried to email but it bounced to the contact email on their website (!) so I used the email they initially responded from -resumefolks101 @gmail. I finally got a reply which was that they had office work currently going on. Apparently they also couldn't open the file on some computers.

None of this makes sense and a normal service would have called a customer to apologise and deal with the issue. I feel like I've been scammed. I've asked for a refund and apparently they will process that. If not, I'll dispute the claim with my bank for a service that I did not receive.

ABSOLUTE CHAOS. Hopefully it doesn't affect my job application. My advice, don't use this service.

I paid £145 package, which included CV, Cover letter & LinkedIn page. I was informed that it will be ready mid week. I contacted them on Friday, only to be told that it will be ready on Sunday. The first draft Brian sent to me was my original CV that I sent, for him to update with my current position. When he sent the final draft, I was very disappointed to say the least. I emailed Brian to express my dismay about the layout & content of the CV. His response was “This is a layout that I have tested with hiring managers & recruiters before & they liked it. I had to give my CV to a friend to update. I will definitely not recommend their services.

Secured the payment with them, had my CV reviewed by their experts, found my problems, communicated with me to addressed necessary information and their specialist (writer) came up with an informative and targetable CV!!!
