Excellent service, very friendly, fast, efficient and well packaged deliveries

What wonderful customer service we received. We'd decided to add the extra bottles in the welcome pack but added to late. This was no trouble at all. We emailed and within an hour or so (late evening) not only did we get a reply but had the six bottles added. We also used a voucher and we were able to use the remaining credit too.
Fantastic customer care.
I can't wait to sample my Sancerre! My husband bought me the voucher as a gift and I'm so pleased he did!

Trying to buy a gift for someone who has it all...this is it!

An Instagram advert turned into a wow gift.

The packaging was wonderful, with he bottles secured nicely in cardboard that was easy to recycle.

I decided on the 6 bottles now package - as one must try new things at least once to form an opinion.

As it's a French company previously go for a French market I'm not going to review what their website or translations were/are, as that would be unfair because Joshua, new to their new UK team, followed up my order a few months in with a chat on improvements for an English market and it was great to provide feed back but he identified a lot of the improvements needed to ground work had been done.

Pretty sure vine adoptions will continue moving forward.

My boyfriend adopted Riesling vines for me for Christmas and it was the best gift! The Riesling that came with the certificate was delicious and I can't wait to get my personalised bottles at the end of the year. The monthly email newsletters give nice updates on my vines as well as some really interesting videos and blogs.
The emails have even been great during the current Coronavirus crisis - a nice escape to the vineyards when I'm stuck in London. Once we are able to travel again my boyfriend and I would love to come to visit the winemakers in France. Thanks Cuvee, Emma x

I adopted a vine for my mother’s birthday present, as I thought this was a unique and special gift. The entire experience was fantastic - very clear options on the website and fast delivery of the first bottle of wine.

I am very impressed by the professional way that you have explained the work of the vineyard since you started to correspond with me. The first bottle of wine was lovely and I am waiting to taste my personal bottles of wine and share them with friends.

It was incredibly easy to organise and despite the fact it was a last minute purchase, everything went according to plan. He is thrilled with the gift and wants to come over and see 'his' vines very soon.

What a great service, from a great company! My fiancé is very excited to start her Cuvée Privée journey! Had a slight issue to begin with, but was contacted directly by the Cuvée Privée team and the issue was sorted immediately! A very professional company with wonderfully polite staff!

My friend to whom I purchase the cuvée privée for received one bottle of wine but never received anything else.
They contacted me as they were wondering where was the case of wine and tu believe that the idea and concept is good but you are still lacking proper communication.

Like a news letter of information about the processes and development of the vivre the have received so they know the status.
