Nice app and good service
Nice app and good service. Have been using it for over a year and my hair is getting better since taking the vitamins. The only downside is the fact that when I go to holidays and can't find wifi, I can put in my daily intake so my bonus goes down as well. I like to vacation off the grid so I leave the internet behind and offline the app is useless. At least for bonus.

Great experience
Great discovery, really interesting and enjoy it since I started. I like the app. Very good and easy to use. The supplements are nicely packed and the box makes it really easy to remember as you always keep it next to your kettle. Also the referral code gives you €20 credit and the daily log gives you points you can exchange for credit. All that is super nice and encourages to order again.

Cuure is a great way to ensure that I get the right supplements every day. It’s great to be able to amend my supplements according to my needs or the time of the year. Some minor issues with delivery at times, so I had periods where I couldn’t take my supplements, which is a shame

Overall, very pleased
The process of understanding each supplement (ingredients, percentages, processes) is easy to find and very helpful. The ordering process is exciting and very easy to figure out. I do wish I had more of an explanation as to the supplement recommendation, dosage, etc. that is particular to me. But overall, you can tell the supplements are very high quality and I have confidence in how they were produced. This is important to have when taking supplements as not all are created with the same level of quality.

Be carefully with your payment
I don’t remember exactly when I first came across Cuure, but it has been at least two years. However, I stopped ordering from Cuure over the past year because their website was consistently inaccessible. I did not suspect anything at that time.
Yesterday, I logged into their app and placed another order. After completing the payment, I discovered an unauthorized charge of €49.9 on my credit card. Last year, my credit card was repeatedly subject to fraudulent transactions, and I couldn't identify the cause. I rarely shop online and have always been cautious. Today, I finally realized which website might have compromised my information.The most frustrating thing is that I cannot find an option to delete my payment information, as there is no option for removing payment details!
I now request to cancel the order and receive a refund. Thank you.

I feel good about this brand however I have a few concerns regarding the vitamins that you. For example, I didn’t find any research or concrete evidence regarding their vitamin contents. Their website is really catchy and really easy to navigate and I like the subscription service and the price is OK.
