You guys are awesome! I wanted a specific cutout for my husband's themed birthday party, and customer service responded to my questions very quickly! They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure the picture looked good before I placed the order. It's going to look so good! Can't wait to see my husband's face!

Amazing service and turnaround timescales…
The service and turnaround timescales were outstanding. I also spent time on the phone with Sasha discussing my needs and her explaining some considerations so that I was fully aware of how the product would look - I only had a scanned version of the photo I wanted. I was absolutely delighted with the end result of my personalised cut out and my party guests were equally impressed. I would definitely use again.
I would also mention that I had contacted a similar company with my enquiry and their apathy lost them the business but things happen for a reason as I’m sure I would t have received the same service/quality. Well done for providing great customer service Sasha!

Service excellent. Great communication. They let me know my photo was not great given me time to change photo . I bought two for my sons . They both loved them . Frightened both of them when they forgot about them and walk in to them . Dogs did a bit of barking . Scared both my daughter in laws . They all enjoyed the fun . We need to laugh and this did that . Wonderful way to connect with family
Easy ordering, great price, fast delivery, excellent customer service!
Now living in the US, have been ordering cutouts to send to mum of her two grandkids each year for the past 3 years. They will also be a great snapshot of the kids in years to come. Better than a height chart on the wall!

Great Experience
Ordering my custom cutout was super easy. Delivery was fast considering that it was shipped from overseas. The price was right and it turned out so lovely! This cutout of my fave member of BTS is going to go in our classroom library and the students are going to flip out!

Amazing customer service and a great product
There was an original error in my order but customer service was fantastic and not only did the order get completed quickly it also arrived just in time for Christmas and the quality was perfect! Definitely using this company again for any future needs.

I got a life-sized Ryan Reynolds cutout for my sister for Christmas and she absolutely LOVES it!!! I couldn't have been happier with the product: just as described (if not better), very high-quality. I would absolutely buy from here again.
