When my order came it had been cut randomly it had been cut in…
When my order came it had been cut in random sizes. I was told when i rang about my order that they don't cut longer than 600mm so why when you are ordering, the boxes where you put the sizes say 1000mm. I now have pannels that don't fit the space I have because they have just been cut shorter. Very misleading and a total waste of my hard earned money. The product itself looks good. Very dissapointed and mislead

Just what I wanted
This was great, there was a great range and the site was easy to use. Arrived quickly. Someone mentioned about delivery costs, but I think they are reasonable, considering how well protected the item was

Slow service
Ordered and received a small sample of the melamine faced MDF which cost me £4.44 which I understood would be refunded on my main order.
I have been asked by my customer to make a corner unit.
Because my order involved triangular shaped pieces needing laminate edges I was told that I had to order via email, with a cutting list. I sent this for a quote, Cutmy then gave me a ticket number and asked me to be patient for the quote.
I waited over two weeks and nothing materialised. My customer, in the meantime has not been patient and has cancelled the commission due to the wait.
I spent time on designing the corner unit and the sample so I'm now out of pocket on this cancelled job.

I received exactly what I ordered. Couldn’t be happier.
However, I was surprised that my window was so out of square. I’m glad I gave myself some room on the dimensions to account for it.
