Should have read Trustpilot first -- did not receive files after purchasing. Will be keeping an eye on my accounts in case of any fraud.

Massive scam!! I bought an $8 file and then a few days later they deducted $1500 from our account. Do not trust these guys.

We ended up getting a refund. But this completely unacceptable!

Please don’t ever deal with this guy he is a scammer. I lost more than 500$ making transaction in this website

Horrible. My husband purchased from this website about a month ago and today we had about 6 different charges on our acct totaling over $1600!!!! This place is a complete SCAM!! Do not trust this site people!!!! Worst experience ever.

I bought something from CutFileLabs last month, and today, I received 7 charges on my credit card totaling over $1000 of fraud charges. I had to cancel my card and report to my bank. Do NOT use this company. I have screenshot evidence. Charges were in increments of $99.90. I was charged 399.60, 299.70, 199.80, 99.90, 19.98, and two for 9.99. AVOID CUTFILELABS.

Massive wave of fraudulent charges on my account from this website. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: they said they will refund the fraudulent charges but the date keeps getting pushed back and now I have to go through my bank to get them to deal with me.

Edit 2: It’s now March 19th. Cutfilelabs has gone radio silent and is no longer responding to emails or Their WhatsApp. No refund yet.

Loved my file, and I love how with feedback they made adjustments. This means you get a product that improves.

Had to adapt file to make it fit. I purchased an exact match model:file so really no excuses.

Have not tried yet second item purchased. I suspect it will fail for the same reason after a quick review.

Had some issues that were my fault but the support though WhatsApp was responsive and helpful.

The files are incomplete, some of the parts are missing and when I asked for help or at list to correct those files they didnt corect the file even is obvious there are wrong, they mentioned about an 5$ discount wich never happened. So I ended buing incomplete files and a lot of frustration. Do not Buy!

I'd been browsing this web site since yesterday to get template for my personal laptop's skin, and didn't realized that I was looking at the wrong model until today after checkout. Opened a chatbox and the response was instant! Boom! In a few clicks I'm speaking with a human. Alex Not only made an exception for my dumbass, he even gave me a Discount code for the next Purchase! Now that's how you win a customer. I'm not looking anywhere else for skins.
