Unexpected Membership, but Responsive Customer Service
I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience. While I did not receive any products from Cute4Baby, I do want to acknowledge that their customer service team responded after I reached out and offered to work toward resolving my concerns.
That said, I was not aware at any point that I was being enrolled in a membership program. The charges came as a surprise, and I believe clearer communication during the sign-up process would be very helpful for future customers.
I’m hopeful that this matter will be fully resolved as discussed, and I appreciate the company’s willingness to address the situation once it was brought to their attention.
