The online toll free numbers with only phone trees and no way to speak with a real person is really frustrating. I literally called 4 phone numbers before Iwas able to find someone to help. Once I spoke to the saleman (Ronnie) personally everything was great and he was very helpful.

Upfront and honest
Jude Gordon was very upfront about his long it would take to build my truck. It was a long wait because of supply problems.. he kept me up dated as he got information and sent me pics as it progressed.. I was actually surprised everything was was done we actually the way it should have been done. Often things get confused between the sales rep and production guy.

Purchased new water truck
Purchased a new 2000 gal water truck from Blake Waker and the experience was outstanding. Blake always does a great job for our company and we are pleased to have him as our Custom Truck Representative. Erin Wilkerson handled the accounting side of the sale and Erin, which I have not met, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was thorough and patience during the process. All in, Blake, Erin and Custom Truck meet our needs and I feel they are the best choice provide for our company.
