Awful company. Awful service. We ordered banenrs for an event. When they turned up, they had been damaged in transit. We took photos and sent them to the sales team. They acknowledged the item must of been damaged in transit, and confirm it rendered the banners unusable. So i asked them to send out replacements, and take it up with the courier directly. They refused and offered me a refund of £20 only. This is unacceptable, as we have never been able to use the items we purchased. Their lack of reasoning and inability to resolve this matter is appalling.

I ordered a flag, they sent me a proof for a totally unrelated mug. When I got a proof for a flag it was for the wrong size. I paid extra for the faster delivery - it did not arrive.

The site is misleading appears to be in the UK but is sent from China - nothing wrong with China, just I would have known it could not arrive in the time scale had it been obvious.

Ordered 100 PVC (rubbery) 3" patches - hook and loop 'morale patches'. They proofed my drawings - great comms, ordered for 'no postage fee' I wasn't in a rush. they arrived on the day they said. absolutely perfect items. Will buy again from them

Avoid like the plague. They “GUARANTEE” a delivery date (that I paid £50 extra for), they missed that time and also sent entirely the wrong order (I received pub coasters that definitely aren’t for my company). They said they wouldn’t refund me, only the shipping. They also told me to ship the incorrect items back and they’d send mine - it explained, for the THIRD TIME, that they missed the deadline that I needed them for so the items are entirely useless. I would never never use this company ever again.

Banners for an event ordered 3 weeks out for delivery 48 hours pre-event. On delivery day, I realised that I hadn't received any tracking info. When I called, they said there was "a problem on our system and the order was never sent to print" and that there was no way they could fulfill the order. I have demanded a refund and am waiting impatiently. If others' reviews are anything to go by, I will be chasing this for some time.

At the end of the call, the customer service guy said "can I help you with anything else?" - like I am ever going to use this company again?!

Ordered 500 paper coasters. I didn’t receive them. FedEx never tried to deliver the package.

When I contacted custom promo now they refused to send a replacement or refund my money. The excuse was that they needed ‘more information’ to make a delivery. Which makes no sense. What more do you need than a full address with postcode?

They offered to send a new package for a “reduced price of £70”. So they try and scam you to get your item.

I had to go through my card issuer to get a refund.

Clever customer service skills which get you 1 star reviews.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Terrible experience entirely. On their website they charge you extra for expedited and guaranteed delivery. The reality is everything comes from China so you are totally reliant on customs, they don’t actually make it any faster. Customer service was also terrible, they were not helpful in locating my delayed delivery. Have not received refund for the so called “expedited” delivery. The colour also was disappointing- no where near the colour on screen. And it was cheap material. Total screw up, waste of my time and my money.

Here's a business you need to avoid!!!
Don't be fooled by the UK element of this business's name, as they seemingly outsource their work to China!!!! Yes, China the land of sweat-shop labour, oppression of their citizens and appalling Human Rights.
I placed an order with them and on receipt of my order came (I assume by mistake) the commercial invoice from the actual suppliers of the materials in question i.e. Shaoxing Saihao Textile Co Ltd in China.
If that wasn't bad enough, their mark-up demonstrates a serious exploitation of Chinese labour.
For one of my items I was charged £48 by Custom Promo and their invoice from China was £10 i.e. a mark-up of 380%
If that wasn't bad enough a second item for which I was charged £76 by Custom Promo, the invoice from China was just £4 an eye-watering mark-up 1,800% !!!!!
This is exploitation on an industrial scale and shameful that Custom Promo Now should attached 'UK' to their company name, as they clearly appear to little attachment to the UK, other than creaming off the massive profits from their customers by exploitation of a Communist regime and their oppressed people.
I would recommend looking elsewhere, indeed anywhere!!!!

We needed a table cloth. Customer service, via email, was excellent. They made sure to advise that my logo was pixelated, and gave me the opportunity to remedy that. The table cloth arrived today and is exactly as I expected. The colour matches well with our clear logo.

Needed some roller banners for an event, with a 1 week turnaround. Was promised this could be fulfilled, however received no communication on status of order.
I only found out when I called them requesting a status update, that they were no longer able to fulfil the order due to a national dragon boat race holiday.
I asked for an immediate refund and 2 weeks later this has still not been received.

Do not be fooled, the website has a UK domain, however all of the manufacturing is done in China. There are no key account managers, so you will never speak to the same member of staff twice. All customer service staff are very robotic when dealing with issues and complaints.

I wish I could give zero stars for this company.

I urgently needed a printed banner for trading at an event on 05 and 06 March.

Whilst browsing this company's website their live chat option informed me that if I ordered that day my banner would arrive on 04 March (the day before the event).

The website also informed me of the 04 March delivery date as I was placing the order and making payment.

Then after my payment was processed I was informed the delivery date had changed to 08 March and was being sent from China.

Luckily another company in the UK (printed today.co.uk) were able to create my banner and deliver it next day delivery - they were absolute lifesavers.

Custom Promo Now are refusing to issue me a refund even though the banner is being returned to them - I have no need for their banner as I had to get a replacement and the dates of the event have now passed.

STAY Away from this company - they are unprofessional and their customer service is appalling.
