DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I have previously bought collars from them and they were always great. Ordered on 9 November 2025 and I have still not received it. I've tried email, it just keeps bouncing back, can't find a phone number, tried messaging through Facebook and Instagram, no response. Looks like Facebook page is shut down. Do not order from this company. It's currently 7 Jan 2026, and I ordered on 9 November 2025, no communication, no collar!

Purchased from this company 6+ times. Always have great products.
Suddenly stopped any and all customer interactions, will not answer emails or social media messages. No phone number.
Do not waste your money you will not receive anything.

Never again
Have previously bought with no problems. When my collars didn’t arrive in the 3 week timeframe I tried to contact. Emails (different) bounced & no reply on fb messenger. Finally received them 2 1/2 months later. Won’t buy again. Shocking customer relations/service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CUSTOM PET COLLARS
I have bought pet collars previously from Custom Pet Collars. Shipping was always a bit slow but I did eventually get my goods.
Unfortunately, things have now changed. The website is almost impossible to log into to check orders and tracking information. The website states it is proudly Australian.
There is no phone number to ring for assistance. I emailed the company when my shipment was overdue. The email bounced and could not be delivered.
I successfully put a claim into PayPal and was refunded immediately.
I suspect this company may now be a scam.
Thank you PayPal for protecting my payment.
