I was looking for a local company to build a custom PC for 3D animation, and I'm so glad I chose Custom PC Genie. They responded to my initial enquiry within minutes, and kept up that great communication throughout the process. Richard was very knowledgeable and shopped around for parts which suited my budget. When there was an issue with a delayed delivery of a part, he kept me in the loop and went out of his way to quickly solve the problem. The turnaround time was unexpectedly fast and I was able to collect my PC in no time at all! Richard even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I'm really happy with the finished product and would recommend Custom PC Genie for their friendly, experienced and fast service. Really good value for money too!

Great help and support setting up a home built gaming computer. Excellent knowledge and the system was up and running in no time. Will definitely be using again for my other computer issues in the future. Highly recommended.

I was looking for someone to build me a gaming pc as I love simulators especially Train Sim 2021 and Train sim world 2. I needed a decent rig that would run these smoothly and with decent graphics. I did a search and found Custom PC Genie. Well what a find. I contacted them and spoke to Richard about my requirements. Richard was brilliant and very knowledgeable came up with a system that was balanced and within my budget. After a few small tweaks I gave him the go ahead to build my pc. After a couple of days my pc was ready to pick up. The whole process was quick and easy from the very beginning. Richard is a great guy and really helpful. They fixed my overheating graphics card quickly and effectively and were really friendly and helpful. I literally cannot think of a single criticism!

Richard provided incredibly useful information for free on what options I had when it came to repairing and upgrading my PC and then proceeded to make those upgrades for a fair price and in very good time, I expected the whole process to be potentially way more expensive and time consuming than it ended up being. Would definitely recommend!
