Fast delivery and good results

I ordered some boxes on 18th Dec I had high hopes as they were very quick to respond to my query. But unfortunately I have
Faulty packaging and very poor aftercare. The boxes arrived xmas eve I opened them up on the 3rd Jan 26 and could see there was a problem with them as I started to assemble I emailed the company and heard nothing, when I emailed again and then used the telephone nu they only responded after I put a bad review on and apologise to say said they had been closed. So I took my review down and gave them the opportunity to fix the problem, I sent all the evidence in photo and video footage to be met with saying the design box is faulty when I showed a picture of the pre made ones that all packaging companies use that they were in fact exactly the same size they stopped replying.
The boxes supplied were not fit for purpose and split when assembled, making them unusable. the resin for this is they used to thick and inferior card.
I had been polite and patient but not be show with the same level of respect of decency. £250 down.
All I wanted was my boxes to be made with what was promised.
to remind you again I provided clear photo and video evidence, including comparisons with thinner boxes from another supplier that work perfectly at the same size.
The company asked me to remove my original review as said would sort, so I did in good faith, but after doing this the company stopped responding. No refund has been provided and the issue has now been ongoing for over a month, boxes that are unusable as the product is not fit for purpose
Disappointing handling of a legitimate complaint. With all the evidence provided to get ghosted. Interestly they make you pay by bass to so you can't get a refund.

First of all, customer service is so good, very prompt in replying back and patient with all the queries I had.
Secondly, they created the best mock ups for me compared to other companies.
Lastly, I got all my boxes undamaged and exactly how I wanted them.

I am very fussy with who I do business with but this company was 10 out of 10.

Top quality and product arrived within 6 days of ordering was abit unsure how would work out as company not based in the UK but now really happy and would recommend also price was cheaper then any other quote I recieved!

Update: Luckily as a small UK business we have been able to get some free legal help from ombudsman to hopefully retrieve compensation from being delivered faulty goods.

We ordered 500 boxes and pay over £10 per unit for them on the promise that these would be "above all other competitor's quality". The boxes arrived covered in brown matter, yellow stains, folds, tears, dents. They are completely unusable. A horrifying financial hit for a small business like ours. We tried to communicate but they do not understand that taking someone's money in exchange for faulty goods is theft. Dealing with this merchant has been the most emotionally draining experience I have ever gone through running my business.

Amazing customer service. The sales team was so great to deal with and always got back to me so fast. This was my first time ordering packaging for my small business and I was very nervous about designing the boxes and how they would turn out. The boxes came (shipping was so fast) and I honestly could not be any happier with how they turned out, they are beautiful! I will be re-ordering again and again!

Good, helpful service at a cost effective price.
Quality is good to average - delivery packaging is average and there are a few items which are marked or discoloured.
Overall happy with the service as it suits our needs.
Lead time was ten days from receipt of purchase.
