Bar sign
Helpful team. Sign was delivered ahead of schedule. Only concern was where the sign was made, China. I thought it was a UK Company.

Thanks for the great review, Max! What a great gift idea, we hope they love their LED neon sign! While we have dedicated support, design, and manufacturing teams in Los Angeles, Australia, London, and Shanghai, where your sign is made depends on the requirements and timeframe of your order. Rest assured, we maintain the same exceptional quality across all of our manufacturing facilities. We are sure the sign will light up the bar! We really appreciate your business.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I told my assistant to order a sign for our revamped breakroom and it was horrible quality and came slightly damaged. I actually told her specifically not to use this company due to the bad reviews but she misheard me. After a series of emails from my accounts manager trying to get a replacement he was essentially told that because we couldn’t prove we didn’t break it (huh???) they would not replace it. I have since looked over the emails and they are incredibly rude and condescending. I ended up ordering from somewhere else and it was perfect and arrived so quickly! It is everything this company isn’t.
This was a few months ago and I don’t have the details they are asking for below…so watch them say “We don’t have records of you being a customer”

Hi W. Stone. We are sorry to read your review. The experience you have described is not the way Custom Neon operates as a business, which is quite apparent when reading through our 200+ 5 star reviews.
It is difficult to discuss the comments and understand what is described without any information about the order. We strive to assist our customers as best we can, this is always our top priority; especially if a sign was to arrive damaged. This leads us to believe you may have accidentally left this unsatisfied review on the wrong companies Trust Pilot.

Custom Neon truly are a great company…
Custom Neon truly are a great company to work with. I had a bespoke design created and needed it faster than the usual delivery times so Katrina, the designer, worked with me to get it ready for their next production run which meant I received the sign in just a few days.
Great service and cheaper than others out there. I will definitely use them again,.
