As many others are alluding to, this a one to AVOID.

Purchased my Niece’s Christmas present mid December, paid extra for express delivery, never received a thing.

Chased in Jan and had a reply from Andy claiming supply shortage, chased a further 4 times since and have heard nothing.

Phone numbers a dud, clearly he’s done a runner with plenty of people’s money.

Rotten business.

Don't buy from this company, waiting for my order since September 2024 still nothing, now i try to get in contact and the phone just play a silly music and no one responds to my emails. -5 stars .

Don't touch -you will lose your money and be very disappointed.
Ordered and paid for two items on 17 December receiving an automated confirmation. Accepted my order would not arrive until after Christmas but by end Jan had received nothing. Chased three times using contact details provided, phone and email. Absolutely nothing. Phone just plays music but never answers. Unfortunately paid by debit card so limited recourse. £90 I won't get back. Don't do the same

If I could give less than 1 star I would. As with all the other reviews here, over 6 weeks since order absolutely no way of contacting anyone through any means. DO NOT USE THEM. I am going to have to look into ways to go further with getting a refund.

I had read the reviews on this company and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a shirt from them and received an automated email with my order number on it. That’s all I got from them. No response to emails or anything. Luckily I pay through PayPal so I got a refund on my purchase. Please avoid this company. You don’t get your item or any contact from them.

As many have said before me (and I wish I had read these reviews before ordering). Order placed 3 weeks ago. Their website did say that stock was not held on site and it would take 2-3 weeks, but I have heard nothing. I Have contacted them on multiple occasions. I will now go to my credit card company and try to cancel the order/ claim my money back.

Ordered two items (some football shorts and socks). Three weeks later still no items and as everyone else has said, absolutely no communication. They don't respond to emails and never pick up the telephone. Its highly likely this is a scam site.

Terrible Service and Misinformation – Avoid Custom Kit!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Custom Kit regarding an order of charity football kits for a children’s hospice. Despite being told by Andy Hough that the kits would arrive on Saturday 22nd June, I found out that the DHL order was actually scheduled for Monday 24th June. This blatant misinformation caused significant inconvenience and distress, especially given the critical nature of this order.

To make matters worse, I had to personally go to the DHL depot to pick up the kits myself. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration is unacceptable.

This isn’t the first time Custom Kit has let me down. Previous orders have also faced delays and issues, but this recent incident has been the final straw. The repeated failures have severely impacted my ability to support the children’s hospice, and I can no longer trust Custom Kit with my business.

Considering the undue stress and inconvenience caused, I requested an immediate refund. The service provided has consistently fallen short of any reasonable expectations. I strongly advise others to avoid Custom Kit.

Waited over a month for an order. Emailed to check on progress of order and no response. Tried phoning a number of times but to no answer. Terrible customer service and had to request a refund via credit card company in the end as unsure if the site was even in business anymore?

Contacted them after ordering , received a email back very quick with expected delivery.
I ordered personalised Joma shirt with shorts and came in brilliant condition.

I placed an order for some coach winter jackets nearly three months ago and they are still not delivered...
keep getting fed that it's due to arrive in the UK imminently but the meaning of this word is so stretched that I am starting to think that I'll be better off without it and will put a chargeback as it's simply unacceptable service

Still waiting for two items, ordered 4 weeks ago, to arrive. Sent several emails - no response. Telephoned and just got music playing. Wish I’d checked on Trustpilot first 😏 please don’t use this company and they will hopefully go under.

It is impossible to contact customer services. Forced to download an app to check delivery. It is showing as delivered at the moment but never received anything. I have no information on company delivering or anythin.
Also in doubt about the legitimacy of the business.

Having ordered in April (ie before the start of the cricket season) it is now July (midway through the season) and I still haven’t received my order.

Pretty frustrating - especially since, given that we will have new sponsors next season, the kit will soon be worthless anyway!
