I hadn't received my product so started a live chat session. The reason I didn't receive it yet is because I failed to put my email addr into the order so they weren't able to send me the proof for approval. Because of the delay I needed to change the ship to address (since this was intended to be a Christmas present). Customization Depot's customer service was very courteous, helpful and successful. I have a hard time believing the negative reviews I read about this company. Thanks CD!
