Like the others. I purchased merchandise. Tried to stop the charge right after I got the email receipt. Then a shipping notification was sent and I thought, maybe this is gonna work. Well the order had a status of out for delivery on 12/20. I never received it. Today the status was updated to delivered on 12/25. It was never delivered especially on Christmas Day. Shame on me, I know better.

I can’t believe I fell for this!!! Realised pretty soon after placing the ordering they were posing as the perfume shop. Have tried to cancel with my bank but this disgusting company has ring fenced it so is can’t do anything for 30 days. This company are doing this to so many people and it’s shocking. Apparenly they send you a plastic cracker ring instead of your goods. Well you know where you can shove that !!!

Saw an ad on instagram which posed as a House of Fraser ad. Opened the website and it seemed legit. After I paid for my item I then received and email confirmation which then made it obvious that it is a scam. Searched for reviews on google to find out that they absolutely shameless…

Would give 0 stars if I could. Scam!! Ordered over $100 of "bath and body works" items, and got email "confirmation" saying it was delivered, which it wasn't. Still charged my card though. DON'T DO IT!!

Ordered perfume on 9th December⁸ had no reason to doubt this website as its portraying the perfume shop.
Really good deals.

This appeared to be a genuine Peacocks outlet website on Facebook. Had at picture of the store front and the prices were around 50% off store prices so nothing too cheap. Kicking myself for not realising that every single comment had been removed- it was clearly people trying to warn that it’s a scam. Unknown company took the payment and today I received a very cheap metal ring. Presumably my £44.80 clothes order. I’ve started proceedings with my bank to reclaim the money but I’m not holding my breath. The email I sent to CustomercareVIP was returned as it failed to send after numerous attempts. Totally disgusted and won’t be ordering anything else through a Facebook link- ever!

Order some stuff and they ripped me off product did not get delivered they said it did have me date and time of supposed delivery and it didn't show up on my security cameras what a scam.. 😠

Well, the email says it was delivered but not to this address & tracking number is wrong. There is no way to contact this company.

0 Stars! Complete and total scam!!! I’m so mad! I ordered my son a Xmas present that I knew he’d love and after waiting over a month it said delivered on the 14th. Nope it wasn’t. I called my CC company to file a claim and was refunded the money but I’m so upset because I could have bought this item for my son from Amazon and actually gotten it

Like Mr Schneider my brother and I seen the harbor freight ad paid for the tool box that was on the 23 of November still have haven't seen any thing it was it was the 30 finally got a hold of them..they also did the wrong package with the sunglasses.they offered 10 % first I told them no it went to 20 I said no it is at 25% part of the refund now I told them it was their mess up not mine.still dealing with them I would not have any thing to do with them again after this

Replica Superdrug website! Mother sent me a link to a perfume she wanted for Christmas that was "in the flash sale".
Had no reason to question as she's rather paranoid about online scams herself so believed it was legit and ordered. When I received the confirmation email telling me the payment would appear as a completely different company it was obvious I'd been scammed. Absolutely revolting cretins.

Unwittingly ordered £54 of gifts lucikly via my credit card so now had to cancel that also. Now to wait 30days to get a claw back from the credit card company...

Well, I got burned. I ordered a 16.4 foot Christmas tree made of string lights. I received a 4x4 inch box in the mail. Inside? A small pack of fairy lights. Try to get CistomerCare-VIP to respond. SCAM!

It was a jd sports fake site on Instagram. I also got ripped off buy a river island fake site via Instagram too . Really really unhappy !!!

CustomerCare-VIP.com is where I placed my order. I've since discovered that the website where I purchased adult tracksuits for £121 was a fraud. I couldn't find the item, even though they said it had been delivered. When I asked them via email what the delivery status was, they responded with a delivery confirmation. I had gotten a plastic kids play ring in the mail a few days before, and on the envelope it said my full name and address. I was wondering when I had placed the order because I was positive I hadn't ordered a ring of any kind, but all the information is mine. Ultimately, the delivery confirmation they sent was for the plastic kids play ring, and they charged me £121 for the plastic kids toy instated of the 5 men tracksuit.

Total scam. Bought via Facebook ad. Christmas presents for my grandchildren. Now they will get nothing as I can't afford to now buy elsewhere.
