Great quality & first class customer service

Ordered over £50 of transfers. Site advertises “4 for 3”, however no free transfers were sent. Sent several emails advising of the missing items and requested several times these be sent. Had a couple of responses saying they would sort it, however nothing was actually sent by the company after several weeks. Emailed to advise company of disappointment in lack of service and wasn’t even given an acknowledgment back. False advertising if they don’t deliver what they advertise! To confirm I ordered 3 lots of the same transfer for 3 different types so qualified for this offer!
