No communication on timelines for sending out,

Paid for 3-5 day to ship and it’s now been 5 days and still has not shipped! I can’t review your product until I actually get it or know it’s in the way.

How long does it take to ship? It’s been over 1 month.

Straight up scam. They never ship out the product. take weeks to respond and then say it will be shipped out very soon. Never gets shipped. Do not order from them. It is a full on scam.

I ordered two engraved necklaces to honor my late father. They never came! I went back and forth with the company several times over the course of an over a month. They said that tariffs were delaying their products, but would also say it was shipping out next day. They did that 3 times, yet never sent tracking info and nothing came. I asked for a refund twice and they said it was too far into the process for a refund and it would ship out in 72 hours. (Spoiler alert: it didn’t!) The whole time, they are sending emails marketing more jewelry. I don’t know how this company is in business. Do NOT buy from them.

I haven’t received my package. The only thing that continues to arrive is the abundance of advertising emails.

Shipping was extremely delayed (>2 weeks). I was a dedicated customer of custom cuff but no longer.

The shipping took forever but they expressed it for free because they knew it might take a while with the shipping changes internationally. However when they arrived the items weee even more beautiful than expected 🤩

Do not purchase from these people - they are predatory and offer no solutions. Terms of Service are crazy just go look for yourself.

I am incredibly disappointed, I never received my order and even though I tried contacting them multiple times they never responded. I waited for more than two weeks to receive it, however I got nothing…

Paid for priority shipping and still no information after more than 2 weeks. Scammers.

Scam company. Will steal your money and disappear. Stay away. Fake reviews.

Paid for the expedited service and haven’t received a single update 5 business days after I placed the order.

I ordered my bracelets on September 1st expecting them to come in time for my anniversary on the 23rd and they haven’t shown up and customer service said they don’t have a order that goes with my email.

Still not here! Now 8 days…It was stated it would take less time. Wow…how about a credit on the shipping?

I did not get my order in time and I payed for “Priority shipping”. I asked for a refund and no one got back to me.

Useless customer service.
