I ordered a driver in February, but the delivery service lost the package. However, Ulf from customer service was very understanding and always responded very quickly. I was disappointed that my package never arrived, but in the end we found a good solution and I still have my driver. Especially happy with the contact and support.

If you want to build a set of clubs, woods, hybrid, putter the lot, then use Custom Clubs. Communication is clearly a vital part of the build, these guys reply almost immediately to any concern or change. The service was brilliant, so good . . .i've gone strait back and ordered a couple of other clubs.

Nice driver. Got a free bag of tees too. Would recommend. A shame that i had to pay a lot of toll tax but all and all happy.

Ordered a shaft for my cobra 3 wood a while ago and it gave up at the course due to probably a manufacturing error.

I made a warranty claim trough the customer support and received an immediate response from a friendly customer service representative with a good sense of humor.

Sent photos of my broken 3 wood shaft, which they then forwarded to the manufacturer while keeping me updated.

Claim was approved and new shaft to be shipped to Finland which i received today.

All email correspondence done withing a couple of hours and the shaft delivered in a week.

Great service, easily a 5 star worthy

God service, rask levering

My comments relates to the very good experience I had with their Customer Support. Once I placed my order, I have been informed rather quickly that unfortunately the products I wanted were not available anymore from the provider. I have asked then to cancel my order and to get reimbursed which was not immediately. The person from the Customer Support I have exchanged with was very nice and very responsive.

Really enjoyed the experience on the website and then dealing with customer service when a delay on some of the order was unfortunately necessary. They provided options, and were accommodating. Two clubs that arrived in time were delivered in great shape and to spec.

Advertises with 7-14 days delivery on facebook. My club is today, 7 weeks after I ordered still in transit a couple of countries away from its destination. They might not be to blame for brexit etc etc, but one normally order clubs to use the same season, so a heads up for 9-10 weeks delivery would have been appreciated. Fast replies on emails saves 1 star..
