Der Kundenservice antwortet behauptet mehrfach die Ware versandt zuhaben eine Verfolgungsnummer bekommt man auf verlangen nicht und wenn man eine Rückerstattung verlangt ,bekommt man lachende Smileys mit zugeschickt!!!!!!!
