I ordered the rustic knotty pine cabinet doors. They are beautiful. Stained them classic oak. In @15 business days we received the doors. They were well packed in cardboard and no defects in shipping. Would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience overall. Communication was good, the price was fair and the time the order took was great. The quality of the drawer is excellent. The only negative was that I ordered the slide notches and that step wasn't completed. I would be happy to order from you again.

I placed an order for several doors…
I placed an order for several doors that I needed desperately, in order to complete my project for a final inspection with the building department. Custom built Doors is going through an expansion and had stated that their normal production and shipping times could not be met. I discussed my situation with their sales department, and they helped me to get my doors, in a few weeks. So easy!
So easy. Had a broken kitchen drawer (previous owner's kids used it as a step stool) that needed replacing. I found Custom Built Door online via their user-friendly website. I simply entered the dimensions of the drawer box and voila! The nicely manufactured replacement (with beautiful dovetail joints) arrived and fit perfectly. We no longer have that one funky-looking and hard-to-open drawer. So happy. Would definitely utilize again!

Attention to Detail
My order was a bit unusual in that I wanted a simple flat panel in my cabinet door. I was surprised to get an email from Custom Built seeking to confirm my specifications. That kind of concern and attention to detail is appreciated. Otherwise, I received a good door at a reasonable price in the time promised.

The cabinet doors are beautiful
The cabinet doors are beautiful. Well made with quality products. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they did not deliver my rush order on time. I had to follow up to get it moving along. They sincerely apologized, refunded the extra money I paid to rush it and got it out that day. Everyone makes a mistake now and then and they really tried to make up for it.
