Mixed review
Communication was great. Response within 24 hours. They took requests to clothing options and name tag. However, I’m disappointed in the overall result. The bobblehead has course features, hair is very stringy, only real resemblance is the clothes. I did approve but until I received and could look closely I didn’t identify the problem until able to see in person. I purchased bobblehead for other physicians in past and they turned out with great likeness and serious attempts for realization. This looks more like a caricature and the person its for won’t be amused. I’m going to have to purchase another and will probably go back to vendor I used previously. If you’re looking for a gag type gift this is great but if you’re looking for something more personal and realistic I would look elsewhere.
