They cut me from their cloud service without notice. SCAM.

Its a complete scam. I think they were legit at some point but have since ceased trading yet Gafyn continues to take orders. I ordered in October last year, was promised a 6 week turn around (as it says on their website) and here we are 9 months later and I have given up on it. For a long time when I tried to call he would give excuses and say its being delivered in a few weeks, but now he does not answer the phone and ignores emails.

I am now looking into what I can do legally. My biggest concern is that the website is still up and taking orders from unsuspecting people.
STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM.

Sadly below reviews weren't available prior to ordering and paying for a custom arcade machine. Correspondence was exceptional until payment was made.

Calls, Emails, Whatsapps, all contact ignored. 4months later no machine, no refund, no sign of life, nothing!

I ordered a full size arcade cabinet with Custom Arcade Machines UK in June 2022 for just over £1000 and despite many emails going unanswered or promises of "shipping will be this week" etc I have never received the product. I finally gave up and asked Gafyn to cancel the order and issue a refund in November 2022 and again have not been able to get any money back.

It looks like this was once a legitimate business but at some point has turned into an exit scam as judging by the reviewer below me they were taking orders in November despite my cabinet having been on order for 6 months by that point.

I've had to file a small claims dispute and a CCJ against the director of the company Gafyn Pritchard, to try to reclaim my money. I'm also looking into contacting the police as taking money without any intention to fulfil orders and refusing to issue refunds is a crime.

My advice is do not touch this company, they will take your money, you will never get any product and you will not get a refund.

I ordered with Custom arcade machines in mid November expecting a Christmas delivery as per lead times on the website and as of today in February am still waiting for it. Unless prompted, communications have been next to nothing and I wasn't even sent an invoice as an email attachment as stated. Asking for one got no reply.
Chasing the order up results in either no reply at all, or at best "apologies, I should have a delivery date for you later today" which never happens, or "we are playing catch up" Red flag right there.
I did contact them late December using a pseudonym asking about availability and was told they had no Raspberry pi's and earliest delivery would be mid January so I held out hope I would get my order then. But no.
What's worse is it still says on the website its a couple of weeks delivery on my item. Obviously not.
Ive given this guy the benefit of the doubt until recently but is taking the mickey now and I've asked for a cancellation and refund which resulted in a vague and ambiguous (and rare) response over a week ago with no communication since. It's now quite clear Gafyn is not going to supply the goods I have paid for. Sorry mate, not good enough.
Deal with these guys at your peril.
An update. After speaking with Gafyn 2 weeks ago, and despite being told he would do it that night, it has still not happened. I've chased it again nearly a week ago and still no refund has been processed. This takes moments and is certainly not the actions of a trustworthy company. It is now undefensible how this is playing out. I will be calling again.

I did originally write a poor review, however I was wrong in doing so. I have received my unit, which was very well packaged and looks exactly as described and ordered, the unit is awesome and brings back many memories.
The only downsides of the purchase, and it is my feelings only, were it took longer to receive than expected and I felt the early communications were scarce, I am hoping this was purely down to the company being busy, which I really hope is the case.
