Awful. Not even sent the item!

Awful! Placed an order over 2.5 weeks ago and it hasn't even been dispatched! Emailed, sent Facebook message and Instagram message and no response. So annoyed as this was for an xmas present which is why I ordered in plenty of time due to the strikes. Avoid!

A++ customer service

I had a small issue with my first pillowcase and contacted cushionpop who sorted it out ASAP. In a world of automated responses and awful customer service making you feel like you're just a number and tough luck, I really had to write this review to let people know how great the customer service was. The responses were rapid and the problem was fixed plus more. I am so happy and am currently gathering photos for another cushion. Delivery is super quick too. Thankyou for the cushion and the great and speedy service.

Super fast delivery

I am so pleased with my experience with cushionpop! I ordered late afternoon and received my order the next day! I brought this pillow cover as a birthday present and I am so so happy with it.

Great idea but the print on the pillow…

Great idea but the print on the pillow case is disappointingly faded. It looks like it has been washed many times even though it is brand new.

Cushion arrived without the correct…

Cushion arrived without the correct wording on it.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired...
Have messages back and fourth with Vanessa. Sent the screen shot of the cushion along with the order as the wording is over the advert wording. Clearly stated what mine should have said.
Vanessa then called me a liar and said that I'd just done that on their website. I again sent the screen shot I originally sent...along with the date it was taken.
Vanessa then sent me the photo, which CLEARLY has the correct wording on it and told me;
'You should have designed it correctly the first time like all our other customers, it's really not hard. 

Sorry we cannot assist you further here.'

Liar, rude (I'd also say stupid!) and most definately unprofessional.
Definately wouldn't give them my custom again.. even with the 'lovely discount code' they are offering me 🤣🤣 . They can keep thier discount.

UPDATE
1 hour after I posted this, I got another email from a lady called Laura.
Here is an extract from that email;

I would like to turn your negative experience into a positive one and I would be happy to arrange a replacement sent out to you with the correct text, and a 50% coupon on your next order. 

If you would like to accept this offer, please remove or change your review to reflect the experience, unfortunately without we won't be able to proceed with my offer. 

AND MY REPLY TO HER;

🤣 don't bother!

Your staff are rude and very unprofessional.
I stand by everything I wrote!

I know also have your email which I can use as proof that your company are rubbish! ..

Hi Kaye,

Thanks for posting this review. This is an incredibly skewed and distorted recollection of what transpired with your order, so allow me to inform readers of what actually happened.

Here at CushionPop, we have a very simple process that allows customers to upload their own images to our cushion templates, and also input custom personalised text, either by inputting it manually in the designer view or, by typing it on the text-box provided.

You somehow managed to do this completely incorrectly, resulting in an incoherent, difficult-to-process, order. You provided jumbled-up text in the designer view, and on the other hand completely different text, in the text-box. Our designers did their best and took what you wrote in the text box and printed it on the cushion, as this is all they were able to read.

When you came complaining that the order was done wrong, we explained numerous times that we could only print what you wrote in the provided text-box as the text you manually designed was completely incoherent and impossible to read.

After this, you went to the lengths of going to our website, starting a new design (maybe to re-create a better version of your original order), and then tried claiming it was your original order. This was borderline comical because in the screenshots you provided, the ADD TO CART and SAVE buttons were still present.

Here was our response to that:

"Hi,

That is not the order you submitted. I can see very clearly in the screenshot that, that is a new order you're currently creating in our editor?

Please see the actual design you submitted for your order: #CP1715

The design you provided for #CP1715 had incoherent text, all jumbled together and on top of each other, so our designers just went with the text you provided in the text box.

Hope this helps!

After this, we tried to offer you a reasonable solution despite your communication getting ruder and ruder. We offered you a big discount to re-create the order properly, so you wouldn't have to pay full price again.

Here is us offering that:

"Hi,

When you designed your cushion, you piled text on top of each other making it illegible for our designers to use. The designer is only meant for short quotes.

Because of this, we have the text box for longer messages or ones that don't fit.

In this box, you wrote: This is us Laughing❤Drinking❤Happy Besties

You did not include "thanks then" in this box, so we did not include it in your design.

We'd be more than happy to create you a lovely discount so you can redo the order and not pay full price.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Best"

At this point, you still weren't understanding what was going on and became increasingly rude and aggressive towards our customer support agents.

At which point they became frustrated and informed you that you should have taken the time to create your design properly, as our thousands of other customers do, and that we cannot assist you further with this matter.

Your attitude was reported to myself and other managers and due to your increase in rudeness and aggression, we made the decision to temporarily ban you from our support line.

Just because we are a company, does not mean we need to suffer abuse or rudeness from customers.

Now, we are genuinely sorry your order did not work out, it's never a great feeling paying for something you don't feel satisfied with, so I believe my colleague has offered to send you a corrected new cushion, free of charge.

We understand that tensions ran high here, and we would definitely like to apologise if you were offended at any point.

In return, we would also like to remind you that we are also people - Just because we are behind the face of a company does not mean we are entitled to deal with rudeness or aggression.

I'll see what's happening with your free replacement and will communicate any further updates via email.

Brilliant

Brilliant, efficient service. I got the pillow made for my grandmother with Alzheimers, so she could see her family members and remember their faces, and to cuddle whe n she needs too. She absolutely loves it
