AVOID!!! Bought the dress over 2 weeks ago, still didn't receive it, tried to contact the seller - no response. Probably lost the money :(

If I could give a zero I would. The amount of time to receive the order, a Christmas gift, was ridiculous. It took a month and arrived on Christmas Eve. Can’t mail it. It looks nothing like the item shown that advertised it as sea glass. It’s poured plastic. The whole ornament is cheap looking and I’d be embarrassed to gift it to anyone. It’s currently decorating my trash can.

When you order things online, you're never really sure what you're going to get. This canvas was above and beyond what I expected. It is everything it advertised and more. The colors are bright and vivid.The animals have such detail.The sky with santa and the moon looked absolutely beautiful.I am proud to hang this in my living room. If you buy one thing on the internet, this should be the item you buy.

Ordered a custom veteran's hat, waited and waited and waited. Finally arrived yesterday 10/2, NOT in a box, just a plastic bag. Hat was crushed, now has a permanent crease in front. Hat is very poor quality, front is crooked, just a big waste of money. I will never buy from this company again. They have tried to justify the poor quality and said I should to place the hat on a ball of bowl to get the crease out. Every hat I ever bought came in a cardboard box, but not from them. BUT, more importantly, the hat is crooked, the front of it does not align with the bill, the hat is a piece of junk. DO NOT buy any product from these people, BUY AMERICAN MADE!!!!!!
They refuse to issue a refund, so lesson learned.

I ordered four T-shirts off their advertisement on Facebook, they arrived in two weeks so delivery time was fine but when I got the shirts, they are so small it is ridiculous, I would say these shirts are two sizes smaller than what you order. I normally wear a three XL, but I ordered these in four XL knowing they were cotton, when they arrived they’re like skin tight they’re more like a two XL and I have not even worn them yet nor have they been washed. I’m sure they will shrink. I’ve sent an email to see if I can exchange the shirts. Hopefully I will get a response.

I highly advise people not too buy anything from this scamming, made in China junk. I ordered a shirt and should have been told to order 2 sizes bigger than I needed. The scamming China company would not even accept even a replacement order. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered the wooden plaque with me my husband & my maisie with her angel wings. I actually tried to cancel as somebody else had ordered us they said similar but was too late to cancel. So glad I didn't cancel as it is absolutely gorgeous. We love it. I had read some bad reviews too so wasn't expecting much but it was just like the picture & it's beautiful.

Ordered a customized phone case with a picture of myself and
my two 14 year old dogs that passed just months apart.
It was a way to carry my precious babies with me every day.
The case came and it is exactly what I ordered. Very cute.
But the quality is absolute rubbish! Just terrible!
I have had the case for exactly TEN days and it is already chipping up on BOTH sides AND the bottom!
Clearly they used incredibly cheap paint or used the thinnest possible layer of paint- or both.
I have a nice iPhone and take good care of it. This was not a problem I created, it’s just a poor quality product.
When I went to the website, they said there was no refunds for customized products.
Very disappointed and would never order again.

This plaque is beautiful & very well made. We lost our 17 year old cockapoo just before Christmas & this is a lovely way to remember her. I cry every time I look at it & that's because it is just perfect. I also bought an ornament & that is wonderful, too.

I got the response on my last review and it requested my full name and transaction ID but never gave me a place to respond or reply. Stop giving hard working and paying customers the run around. I have been going back and forth with your unprepared and unprofessional SCAMMING customer service for at Least two weeks now. Order number 56796!

I loved this gift. And it happened to be the person I got it for, his new favorite gift. It was exactly as I wanted it to be. And I realized I clicked the wrong shipping time: I reached out had it taken care of with customer service. They were so simple to speak to as well. I will 100% be ordering many more times

This was a beautiful ornament! We purchased as a gift for our son who lost his beloved puggle this past year. We were all moved to tears as he opened it. It was thoughtfully and carefully made and the customization was wonderful. I contacted the company several times via email and they always responded immediately. Absolutely will buy from them again.

My wife and I lost 2 doberman brothers at 5 and 6. My wife was unable to have children and these were her babies and she was devastated. When I opened the package I teared up. Such beautiful craftsmanship!!! I can't wait to see her face when she sees it. Such a wonderful gift. THANK YOU!!

My husband and I get a personalized ornament every year! This year I was so excited for the one I ordered through this company. However it hasn’t arrived and tracking says it’s been in one city since November 20. I am heartbroken that we don’t have an ornament on our tree for this year.

I really wish I had tge positive experience that others gave written about but sadly I don’t.
My order is over two months in arrears and counting. When I placed the order I wanted to give plenty of time for this intended Christmas gift.
Contacting customer service yield texts back and forth with the promise of my item being enroute. An email dated 11/25/24 I firmed that my item had arrived with a carrier and was in transit for delivery whatever that means because I still don’t have it in 12/14/24! It’s looking very bleak fir Christmas
I regret the purchase with trhem.

Company is amazing at responding to questions in a timly manner and makes great quality gifts for an affordable price, would buy from them again!

I ordered a wooden cut-out memorial of my pup & me. I was surprised by the quality & workmanship of the product. Absolutely beautiful!! Shipping time was quick too. Will definitely order from here again.
