Long delivery times. Sizing poor . Nothing like the footage of them when they are sold. Tight small sizing.

Very high quality tides and inner wear.

I’ve been searching for a new shapewear brand after my go-to company went out of business. I decided to try Curvees and ordered the high-waisted, mid-thigh shorts in both size L and XL, as I wasn’t sure which would fit best. After trying on one pair (briefly and over underwear), I decided the quality didn’t meet my expectations and returned both items.

I was later contacted by a customer service representative, Lucia, who informed me I would only be refunded for one of the items — the one still sealed — because the other had supposedly been worn and returned with visible stains. A photo was attached, but it did not appear to be the item I had returned. The item from Curvees looked significantly more worn than what I had sent in as I never wore it. I reached out twice for clarification and received no response.

Buyers should be aware that the product quality is not on par with other shapewear brands, and that the return process can be questionable. I strongly recommend documenting everything ,photos or videos, before returning items, as my experience suggests this company may not handle returns in good faith. It’s disappointing to see a company resort to these tactics instead of standing behind its products and customer service.

I have no doubt they’ll claim the item was worn, but I stand by the fact that I did not return it in the condition they alleged. It’s clear this company is more interested in holding onto a sale than conducting business honestly.

One star because I couldn't go lower,. This product was a complete waste of money, terrible product with a complete misguide about the real size. Also horrible customer service as I've called multiple times and no one answers the phone, was planning on buying again after the first order but after this, I will never buy from this company ever again, and will recommend people to do the same.

Simply amazing!!

I purchased several items, two of which were on sale or clearance items. 2 days AFTER I paid and ordered, they emailed me and said they were out of stock in my size and color that I selected. I replied with any color would be fine, trying to be very understanding. Next day came another email stating that that due to them being clearance items, no other color was available. OK fine, I'll just take refund. NOPE. No refunds even though the items purchased were not available!! She told me either store credit (HELL NO I'M NOT DOING THAT WITH THIS BS THEY JUST PULLED) or choose another size. I went down to small (which surprisingly fit really well). This is the first and LAST time I'm ordering from this company.
