Last Winter I ordered from Curved Dream's "Jumpers & Cardigans" catalogue, today three things have finally arrived in Mid-May! All turned out to be made of very thin material and strangely misshapen, not at all like their pictures. Only one was knitted, but was still made of very thin material and the sleeves, which had looked full-length in the picture, were actually above my elbows. The second which had appeared to be a knitted in the photo, with long-sleeves, and an attractive patchwork pattern, turned out in reality to be printed in squares on very thin polyester. Indeed it looked like knitted squares, but was actually nothing like it seemed. The sleeves were far too long, hanging well over the tips of my fingers and would have happily fitted an adult orangutan. The third item was nothing like what I ordered but, was a fine polyester printed with a wild pattern of discordant colours, not the stripes I had expected. Again it was enormous, and was suitable for a full-grown elephant! I gather from other people's reviews that there is little hope of successfully returning anything to Curved Dream. I would therefore recommend that no-one should ever consider ordering clothes from this company. It's a total waste of your time and money!

Sadly, 0 stars isn't an option. Wife ordered over £100 worth of lovely looking dresses. What came was poorly fittong dresses in the cheapest, tackiest material known to man. SO, obviously let's send them back... This company will not gIve returns labels (no doubt they don't want to be found), they only allow returns with their WRITTEN PERMISSION(!) and will ONLY GIVE 30% refund. Pretty sure this is not legal uinder UK law. Either way, it is a DISGUSTING WAY to treat your customers, who you have basically scammed out of money by providing cheap shit and no way back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEIR CLOTHES ARE TACKY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE.

The trousers I ordered as a size 16 might fit a 10 year old child! Only a 30% refund was offered, no return permitted, or a credit (the amount I paid but no shipping). When I tried to use the credit, I found that they had banned me from using their website! Think very carefully before using this company. I have given up all hope of a satisfactory solution.

I contacted you after l bought 2 "sparkly sequinned cardigans in silver and red"online. Once received l immediately contacted Curvedream to ask for return address as the items were not as described

I understand an online purchase means l can change my mind within 14 days and 30 day retrun also applies if items not as described.

Curvedream offered 30% or gift voucher. I do not want either. I want a full refund. Curvedream have also not sent me a return address.

Very disappointed

The goods took 3 weeks to arrive and were of very poor quality and fit.
I wanted to return the item and get a refund but was offered a percentage of the cost and to keep the item instead. After a number of email exchanges I accepted a partial refund as it was getting too stressful.
They will not issue a returns label as per their Returns Policy, claiming problems with logistics.
Do not order from this company.

The actual dress looks nothing like the photo. The material is cheap and creases badly. The original description said the fabric was a mix of cotton and polyester but the label on the dress confirms no cotton.
I couldn't recommend ordering from this company y.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service and return policies. I will Never buy from this place again and would never recommend to Anyone, not even my worst enemy. First order too small and so wrinkled. Second was not as advertised. Cannot pinpoint date at this time so just guessed.

PLEASE don't use this company. I only bought from them because I thought I could move away from AMAZON.
CurveDreams products use very cheap materials which wouldn't bother me so much because they do keep their prices down. HOWEVER, they make returning something a major production and I'm not sure I'll ever get a refund.

Totally misleading information and image on a ladies jacket I bought for my wife. Inflated price to nearly £50 so they could offer a 'discount' to £25. You wouldn't pay £5 for it on a market stall! Fictitious reviews that repeated the deception. e.g the sequins caught the light. Reality. No sequins! They claim Easy Return policy, but you have to pay to get it back to their US warehouse! And if you question it they offer you a partial refund and you can 'keep the item', which is so rubbish I wouldn't give it to a charity shop. Avoid CurvedDream!

A lovely "looking" pair of jeans on the site, decent price, not cheap- did sizing as per the chart THEY offer. They arrived yesterday and are not women's jeans. A small skinny teenager maybe. Warning

I chose a lovely top that was on all their adverts and site but was concerned about the size.l emailed curvedream about this and the answer was" we don't have this item and never have had it. What a sham company.

I orders some shorts on the 4th March and l am still waiting for them to come. Can't find my order anywhere.l spent 92 pounds.is this site a scram????
They have taken the money what is going on???. Coming up to a month now.

The dress I ordered was awful so I tried to return it. They said to keep it and they would give me credit to use on their website but I would have to pay shipping. The shipping showed up on my credit card statement but the merchandise has not. I have sent many messages and just get a standard we are so busy thanks for your patience answer.

This is the third time I have ordered a blouse/shirt from these folks and the third time I have been woefully disappointed in them when they arrived. When will I learn?!! They look so beautiful in the photographs online! This time I tried an all cotton blouse. Surely cotton cannot be faked! But yes it can. It is thin and crisp like paper, just as the synthetic materials were thin and sleazy. Shiny. They are all made in China where probably the aesthetic is different. The reason these are so cheap is because they are so cheap. I'm done.

Order took an age to arrive. Trying to organise a return. Curvedream not responding to emails. Wouldn’t order from them again.
Update - still no contact from the company 8/4/25. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a top waited nearly a month for delivery. The top is not a good fit it is impossible to get a refund was offered £7 and was told i could keep the top or i could have a partial credit of £23 if i placed another order! I will never order again from this company far too stressful and impossible to get a full refund.

The sizing is not accurate or consistent from dress to dress. I purchased three dresses, all the same size. One never arrived and I was refunded for that dress. The other two did not fit. I suspected they may run small, and I ordered one size larger than I expected to wear. I emailed for information on returning my items. They took a little bit to answer and then bartered with you concerning the price that is refunded, in hopes you will keep what you purchased. The refund they offered the first time, to keep my purchases, was not acceptable. They rejected my counter offer and made another offer a bit higher than the first. It took several emails before I received the mailing address to return the items. I was concerned there may be a chance that if I attempted to return the dresses, they would be rejected as returns. It was mentioned that if the item had been worn (which I did try it on, but that was all), they could reject it. If the item wasn’t returned with all the tags, it could be rejected, if the packaging was damaged, the items could be rejected. There were no tags other than the size tag on any of the dresses. Also, you had to mail the package to them within 7 days of the email, pay for tracking, and email them the tracking number, or the return may be rejected. So I opted to keep my returns (total purchase was $118.87 – $41.63 (for the dress that never came) - $38, which left me with two dresses I can’t wear for $39.24. Maybe I was overly concerned about my return. I thought maybe they were an overseas company, but they are located in NJ. I will resell the dresses. Overall, I am satisfied with the end result, just not satisfied with the whole process. I think they can improve on their return process.

I ordered an item on behalf of a charity group, returns in UK are not straightforward as they need to return to USA. So far I’ve been offered a voucher at full price, half price refund and keep the item..all I want is a full refund for the item…and postage I’d personally pay for

The dress arrived, NOTHING like the photograph, its just a glorified nightdress.
At least 2 sizes smaller than order,
Trying to contact company is impossible.
