Great experience
I don’t live in France but I was staying there for almost three weeks so I decided to place an order and check out this website, thankfully they delivered it on time. It was in great condition as well, not damaged, quite professional if you ask me.
Good quality
Order delivered fast and seamlessly.
The mask is pleasant to wear and of nice quality as every part that comes in contact with the skin is made of silk. I cannot express an opinion about its beauty-related benefits yet as I did not use it for enough time however I do not believe they will be dramatic anyway. On the other hand I purchased the mask mainly for relieving tension in the eye area and the silicon pads seem to help in that sense.
I use the mask for powernaps rather than at night as I find it a bit difficult to keep it in place when changing position.
Last but certainly not least, I wish there were more information about the sourcing of the silk and the overall sustainability of the object, something that would be great if Currentbody could provide and that could better justify the pricing point.

Order not received at first but after a contact with CURRENT BODY’s costumer service, a solution was found. Thank you. I am satisfied by the product I bought.
The customer and delivery services are not good
The customer service is not good. The shipment of my first order was very long and when I wanted to cancel the second order, I was told that it was not possible, which is completely unlawful under French law.
Not satisfied at all, will not order again with Current Body any product in the future

I placed a big order online. Currentbody withdrawn my account and finally decided to cancel it for no reason. I am waiting for the refund and lost a week. As most of the items were gifts, the surprise was ruined. I will never order again through this website.

Disappointing limited edition box
Everything was ok, I received my order on time , main product is fine,unfortunately the products I received were out of date one expired in June 2022…(special box from December 2021)
when I wrote a message to explain my surprise, the answer I received was that I had time left, the thing is that the person who gave the answer thought we were still in 2022 …and gave me a 15€ voucher …

One of the worst after sales service
One of the worst after sales service. Sorry but I had my product for Christmas and it almost took 3 months to finally get a new product that’s not defective.
Many times the client service did a mistake and it took too much energy to send messages and to keep track of our conversations. No effort and my case was followed by too many people.
It was only efficient when I contacted the brand via Instagram.

It has been 17 days and I have still not received my order, although I was told atm of purchase that I should receive it within a week after purchase, was even given a specific date, between a friday and a monday, and was also sent an email saying it had been shipped, but it hasnt. and nobody is replying to the emails ive been sending for over a week. I tried to call but the line is down. When someone finally replied after 8 days of waiting she sent me a link to the shipping info page , but for a previous purchase (that I never received because it also took so long , a week longer than what I was informed at the moment of purchase, and I was moving. The woman asked me to call the depot, like why couldnt she do it, there was no number or info on the page and I had already called the other shipping company earlier that day but they couldnt help me since they hadnt yet received the order from currentbody. Such a frustrating frustrating experience, I was so excited about getting it and would not recommend this company to anyone. and seems the whole company has gone on an early holiday.
