Thanks to the sales service

I have had problems with the Ziip halo and the sales département has been réactive and I am supposed to receive the new one soon
The missing star is for the Ziip halo itself
It is indeed a very intersting device and i am very fond of it but it has too short a life span.

Unreliable, unprofessional time wasters

Product arrived in doubtful condition, the box had multiple marks on it after removing the plastic film, it didn't seem the product was brand-new (the least you could get for such a price). Incredibly poor customer "service", who make you repeat what you've already written, different people respond instead of one following up properly... A simple question had to be repeated multiple times, even the customer service manager Jessica can't spell her emails properly, which was in line with the overall mediocrity. Lastly, they assure you they've issued a refund which you never receive, so you have to reask as they're not serious enough to follow through. Congrats!

5-Star Review for CurrentBody LED Mask Series 2 (Face & Neck Masks)

I recently upgraded to the CurrentBody LED Mask Series 2, purchasing both the face and neck masks. I had been using the Series 1 for about 4 years, and I was already satisfied with the results—especially in terms of improving skin texture and maintaining the oval of the face.

One thing I truly appreciate about the Series 2 is that CurrentBody has finally addressed a key concern for many of us over 40: targeting the jawline and lower face. In the past, I often used the neck mask to treat my facial contours, so I was very pleased to see that the new design considers this area specifically. It’s a thoughtful improvement that shows they listen to their customers’ needs.

Of course, I combine my LED treatments with NuFACE microcurrent sessions and quality skincare products. As many dermatologists emphasize, consistency is essential for visible, lasting results. I’d also add that patience and realistic expectations are just as important—this is not a miracle overnight fix, but with dedication, you will see improvements in skin firmness, glow, and overall health.

Regarding my experience with CurrentBody.fr — absolutely professional service. The delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I haven’t needed to contact customer support yet, but based on their efficiency so far, I trust they’d handle any issue well.

In conclusion, I highly recommend the Series 2 LED masks for anyone serious about maintaining youthful, healthy skin, especially if you’re concerned about the jawline and neck area. It’s a great investment when combined with a solid skincare routine and consistent use.

A complete disgrace – still no delivery, no accountability

I placed my order on March 27th. It’s now been over two weeks, and I still have NOTHING. The tracking is stuck, no package has arrived, and no one can tell me where it is.

Customer service keeps repeating the same vague lines about “investigating with the courier” — but with zero action, no timeline, and no real answers. I’ve paid, I’ve waited, I’ve been patient. This is beyond unacceptable.

You don’t take people’s money and disappear behind copy-paste emails.
I expected professionalism. What I got was a total lack of responsibility and a feeling of being ignored.

Sort this out — or refund immediately.

Pretty good for now

I feel like skin irritation, acne lesions, and inflammation has been healing faster since i started using the mask two weeks ago. It's too soon to tell the accuracy of the anti aging properties.
One downside is that I have a hard time adjusting the mask to my face. I have a quite narrow face, and i have to tighten it for it to stay put, and it leaves temporary marks on my nose and temples.
