I recently joined Currency Global and…
I recently joined Currency Global and the whole onboarding process was straightforward and efficient. Communication from the team has been excellent throughout, and I especially want to highlight my account manager, Jordan. He took the time to clearly explain how everything works, including the process, timeframes, and what to expect at each stage, which meant there were no surprises or disappointments.
What really stood out was Jordan’s proactive approach. He monitored the market closely to secure the best possible rate and, as it happened, we managed to hit the very top of the market for the transfer I needed to make. That timing alone saved me around £1500, which speaks for itself.
Jordan has also kept me updated at every step with regular emails and phone calls, letting me know exactly what is happening, what comes next, and when I will hear from him again. The consistency and clarity of his communication made the entire process stress-free.
Exceptional service from Jordan and the team at Currency Global. I feel very confident I am in good hands and look forward to a long working relationship with them.

I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Jacob at Currency Global. From start to finish, he’s been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Jacob took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure my funds were transferred efficiently and securely, even during time-sensitive moments.
