bad experience so far
The software you use its not great. i was very busy and i have given bank name instead of customer name. your system could notify me the error before the transection complete. Also while i sent it was showing my family member will get 5500 cad. as transection was declined after that it was showing around 28 CAD dollar less. It should not be the case. You should deliver what you promised initially not less.

Nevertheless the service and the response wasn't sationfactory at all. Different colleagues give you different statements. In the end the transfer took much longer as expected and hasn't be done like it was promised to me. In the end how CurrencyFair has done the transfers did cost me much more than expected. For the future I've to see if even with other rates I may save more than with CurrencyFair
