If I could I had given 0 stars!!

If I could I had given 0 stars!!!
It’s ridiculous how they treat there customers.
I ordered on the 21th of August and in exact 8 min I wanted to cancel my order, so I’ve send and email.
The response was, I am sorry but it’s 24 hours later, the order has been shipped already.
I asked for compensation and if they want to pay the return costs.
Everytime they keep saying no you were to late, even when I show them it was 8 minutes between ordering and cancelation!

After almost 1 month I received the order!!!
When I asked them for a return label, I don’t get any answer on my emails….
Now we are almost 1 month further and still no return label! 😱😣
I’ve been working on this since the 21th of August…….

SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Never received my order

Never received my order. Had contact with customer care by email, and they promise they will send it ‘again’. Never recieved.
