I was filling out the “first time” order & so had to put all my details in-one of which was yes I’ve used mounjaro before & that I was already taking 5mg & wanted to stay on 5mg.
Towards the end of the online form it said “do you want to order 2 pens?” I say yes & they arrived this morning. One pen was 5mg & the other was 2.5 mg. Yes I know it was my fault for not reading it carefully enough but why would it offer me a lower pen when I’d already explained that I wanted to stay on 5mg? I rang their help desk & spoke to a nice lady who said it was in case I wanted to maintain & go down to 2.5mg (already put on the form I was on 5 & wanted to stay on 5mg)
