Curator.io has always had responsive, helpful support, and an easy-to-use platform. You can't go wrong!
I accidentally purchased the wrong plan for my account and reached out to customer service. They were able to cancel and refund my purchase in under 24 hours. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service, and a great product we've been using for years.
Used to be good, now you can't read videos in most cases, the click to the original post doesn't send you to the original post on Instagram, it's just a mess and makes your site a mess
I’m pleased with Curator.io and its technical support. The tool provides various options for customizing your social media wall. When I encountered an issue, I reached out to support, and I received prompt responses that helped me resolve the problem.
Irem was a great help to my problem! They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Curator. Not only does the platform keep my website looking sharp and up to date, but the support team has also been incredibly helpful and responsive when I had a recent issue where my socials had stopped loading onto my website.
All I actually needed to was renew the platforms on my account page, and from a user standpoint, this was really easy to do for someone with no tech skills, it just involved pressing a button!!!…but having already sent an email requesting help, they were super quick to step in, explain and resolve things efficiently, making sure the socials on my website were back up and running smoothly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their users and go above and beyond when needed.
Highly recommend Curator if you’re looking for a reliable, well-designed tool with great customer service behind it.
Irem's support was quick and solved the issue, immediately!
Quick, professional, and thorough response to my inquiry.
Their customer service has been amazing. They always get back to me so quickly and help me resolve my issues same day. Irem in particular is someone who has helped me on several requests and can always explain things to me with ease so that we are on the same page.
I had a query regarding our use of Curator and Irem was quick and very helpful in answering my query.
We've been using Curator.io for several years and for LIVE events and have had a great experience in dealing with them and their customer service when we needed additional assistance!
The company I work for used Curator.io for several years for a project we were working on, and it was great. When the project finished we forgot to cancel the Curator subscription, but after contacting curator they kindly refunded a years subscription. We will definitely use them in the future with other projects.

Experienced the weirdest flaw I've ever encountered (25 years of web development). Some users, with different IP, different web providers, etc, simply didn't get the facebook feed. As if the curatio code triggered some spam block. Well, shit happens. So, I asked complaining users to take screen shots which I sent to curator, asking for a refund. Oh no. They happily kept it. Don't use them. Eventually, I found Juicer. It works 100% (and no, I'm not connected to Juicer in any way).
Edit: After posting the above, I got a mail from curator.io. They very nicely apologized for letting my refund request "slip" and sent the refund right away. Even commented Juicer as a great product. So, my experience of their feed is still bad, as is how they ignored my request for a refund. Only after I posted my review here, they reacted. If you like to use a service that's acting like that it's up to you.

Curator is easy to configure and integrate into websites. It is well-documented and supported. The subscription comes at a fair price, allowing small companies or departments with a restricted budget to take advantage of features that otherwise would not be available.
I think that curator.io is easy to figure out and use. I am currently using it on websites for two of my clients. My clients and those who visit their websites have commented positively about the feed.
I had one question when I first started using the free version, and Mike answered it right away. Due to the number of hits that the one website’s feed received, we are now using one of the paid options.
The service itself is okay, but the support team....
I have spent at least a few hours of my time exchanging emails with a gentleman named Mike who was eager to do everything other than help. I have had a few clients use curator, and one specific one was not able to generate a feed.
Mike's vision of help was to ask "why is my help needed if you managed to do this for another client"
Overall, if you can do it yourself, it's worth your time
Free-version is ok, support was not quite helpful.
Most of the time it works as expected, but sometimes it's a bit complicated to integrate.
Overall, good for a free tool. I didn't try the paid version.
