I have a short torso

I have a short torso, small bottom and natural D cup. Suits don't fit on any level but look like decent quality.

Diabolical delivery service

Diabolical delivery service - why businesses still use Evri is beyond me. I placed an order 10 days ago and have been chasing my order for 3 days now. It should have been delivered on the 6th, it's now the 10th, and Cupshe has put the onus on me to chase Evri. Ideally, they should be sending me a replacement order by a different courier with an apology instead of telling me to wait and to contact the courier myself.

Delivery service: sucks!!! Refund procedures: sucks!!!

I order from their online catalogue. They took the order and my money in less than five minutes. The ordering process is so smooth.... That was back in April. Two months later, I am still waiting for the products I ordered and now they tell me I am not going to get them. They will expedite a refund but the refund will take at least 14 days. Really? This sounds a lot like a company that doesn't care much about their customers. Delivery service: sucks!!! Refund procedures: sucks!!!

Original delivery lost- nothing done to make up for it

My original delivery did not arrive- so cupshe reshipped the two items that were still available and refunded me for the one that wasn’t- even though that was the one item of the three I was most excited for. I ended up getting the items over a month after ordering because of all the hoopla with the first shipment not being delivered. They offered me no discount or anything to try to make up for this experience.

Regarding the item that was unavailable when we arranged the reshipment, due to the high volume of orders on our website, inventory levels can change very quickly, and some popular items may become out of stock before a replacement order is processed.
