I made a bulk order for corporate gifts at an event. Customer service was excellent, delivery on time and I am really pleased with the look and feel of them. Just one observation that the coffee cup doesn't seal so spills if not drinking immediately. Not great for getting a coffee on the go but otherwise I love the functionality of it and the fact it saves carrying multiple cups / bottles! Overall very pleased.

Really impressed with everything, from prompt service and delivery, to the item itself.
It’s a sleek and clever design, really impressive. The only thing I would say is that the drinks bottle capacity is smaller than the design looks once it comes apart to remove the cup!

The water bottle is designed to hold 500ml, even with the integrated coffee cup stored inside, but we know it can sometimes feel smaller when you first take it apart. It's one of the trade-offs of creating a compact, dual-purpose product that is convenient and versatile.

Flawed design of outer cup
Whilst I use my Cupple daily (bought end 2022) I have persistent issues with the outer metal part just not screwing on properly. It is not a good enough fit and easily unscrews leaving me not confident that it will stay on when being carried. I raised this issue with them a while back and they quickly sent me a replacement outer metal part which was very impressive and I was grateful. Unfortunately the issue remained even with the new part so I can only conclude it’s a flaw in the actual design of the product.
That being said I really love the coffee cup. It’s a perfect size for me and it keeps the drink hot for ages. The coffee cup is probably why I persist in using the Cupple. Such a great idea but slightly failing in execution. Excellent customer service though.

Superb product. Excellent customer service
I absolutely love the cupple bottle. The concept is simple yet brilliant, and works really well. I also bought the sling for my bottle which I was using all the time. Unfortunately a couple of days ago I noticed the strap had broken away from the side of the sling. I contacted customer services and Elisa sorted the problem out immediately. There’s a new sling winging its way to me as I write. What a service, thank you!

Stellar product. Highly recommend.
I love this. Products like these are purchases I enjoy making as they're innovative and make a real difference.
Cupple feels great quality and robust, sleek and stylish. The weight is absolutely fine and it's absolutely perfect for an office/desk worker. I'm a hot and cold drinks guy and drink both throughout the day, so this has been a great buy for me.
Hot drinks are staying very hot for a good while, and the water is consistently cool in my experience so far. I was showing my colleagues and they all love it too.
It's definitely a luxury purchase, no mistake on that, but well worthwhile.
Not sure who is taking 6 hours to drink a hot drink. It's not advertised as a flask, it's a bottle and a cup.
Whilst this is very much 5 stars for me, if I had one tiny bit of feedback it would be the cup not "sticking" to the bottle when you take it out of the metal sleeve together, so you end up having to tip it to retrieve the cup, which can be a bit drippy. I thought maybe a small magnet or something would keep it together but it's not magnetic.
Definitely recommend. Delivery very quick too, you did good for ya boy, team.

Generally a good and intelligent concept, well executed. A few quality issues - the black (powder coating?) colouring of the bottle appeared to miss a part of the metal, and it arrived with a small dent in the bottom of the cup.

Over priced and under performing
Wow, the most expensive reusable mug on the market that only keeps drinks hot for 3 hrs!!! Just about every insulated mug out there keeps drinks hot for over 6 hrs for less that half the price. Over priced and under performing. Avoid.

Great product
It's a great product, it does make life on the go easier.

You’re right to note that the coffee cup doesn’t have a sealed lid, it’s designed to mirror the style and use case of takeaway cups you’d get at a coffee shop, which are typically used for drinks consumed relatively quickly rather than carried long distances. This design also helps us keep the overall form factor compact, so the cup fits snugly into the base of the bottle without extra bulk. That said, we’re currently developing a new coffee cup lid solution that will address this and expect to launch it in Q4 this year. Stay tuned!
As for temperature retention, the water bottle is intentionally single walled to keep weight and size down. That means it won't insulate like a double walled bottle would, but that was a deliberate choice to maintain portability and convenience. Adding insulation would increase both weight and cost, and we wanted to prioritise an everyday solution that people would actually carry around.
