When I found this product it was around 6/2025, like everything else out there, it sounded too good to be true. I decided to try this product to find out what the hype was all about. Since it came with a refund I knew I could not go wrong. I tried the item for over a month, close to two and I saw no changes at all. I would use it faithfully as instructed, but to my surprise? it never worked. I contacted the company for a refund. They responded with an absurd list of things that needed to be done. If used, not used, just a return. Well I knew I was not getting a refund. On top of that I was responsible for paying for the return, which was not right. In the end, this company is a fraud and anyone who says it works must have been paid off. This product does nothing to correct the appearance of bags, circles, darkness nothing!

I received my order of 3 sticks and found that they were too hard to rub under my eyes and were stretching the skin. I reached out immediately to return the goods. After 10 emails since August 17, they finally responded on September 9 . They said I could return them, but have to pay the freight to China!! Their website lists a Florida address. The cost of shipping to China is more than the cost of goods! They do offer 10% refund if you don't want to spend the money for shipping to China. This is a good deal for them so they don't have to honor their return policy. Furthermore, the address listed on their web site is the same used by a completely other company that sells multiple products on the internet. I would not have made the purchase if I'd known they were coming from China.

From what I had read this product looked good and I thought what have I got to lose as they had a 90 day money back guarantee. I received the product pretty quickly and had a few initial questions so emailed them through of which they were pretty quick to respond to. After a month of using the product I didn’t notice much change so I emailed them again to see how long I should wait before I should expect to see the results … no response .. I followed up a week later with another email asking the same question… no response … I was coming up to my 90 days and felt the product had not worked so I requested a refund under the 90 day guarantee.. radio silence .. I was beginning to think there was a problem on my side with my emails getting through, so I sent another email (without mentioning anything about returning the goods) and I got a response!! When I replied saying I wanted to return the goods, radio silence again!!! So I feel it’s a bit of a scam if you want to return the product!

The company shipping policies specifically say this item ships from within the United States to a US address. Shipping takes 2 to 4 days. This does not come from the United States. It’s a complete lie. This comes from China. I have demanded that the refund my credit card, but they have not replied.

Bought CUMAbalm for under eye bags - should have realised marketing claims were too good to be believed. This is bordering on scam. The product is very hard and does not come off onto skin easily. This means you have to push too hard along delicate under eye area which drags the skin. I only used it for a week, as my skin looked so much worse after using this, I had to stop. Looked into the return policy as they claim money back guarantee. Then you see the small print says you have to do before picture and try it for 3 months, with picture every month. I’m obviously not going to try the product for 3 months, I’d probably look 90 years old by the time that period was up. DO NOT BUY!!!

Well, to advertise it works in minutes is a bit of an exaggeration. I have tried for a week and nothing. Any decent moisturizer can hydrate, this does but no reduction in puffiness. I knew better than to buy any product from China. That won’t happen aga

This is a SCAM! The Cuma Balm arrived late. It did not provide hydration or help with puffiness. When I asked for refund info it waited until it was over the month since it had been delivered and denied refund (which needed to be send to CHINA!). DO NOT BUY from this Company

CumaBalm ordered 08/20/2025; arrived 09/03/2025. Eager to try it out—washed my face, applied the under-eye balm advertised to drastically reduce—even make disappear—the bags and dark circles under eyes. Another dud. So disappointed—especially for the ridiculous price. I should have checked first the other customer reviews. Lesson learned: Save your money folks. DUD.

It caused my under eye bags to double in size!! Waste of money!!! Do not buy!

I have contacted the company 3 times for my refund. The return package is still sitting in customs since July 12th, as the products come from China. I have asked for a refund and have not been issued one. I would not order from this company since they do not refund if you don’t like it! Plus it cost me almost $20 to return the package and no refund! Don’t buy from them! They do not respond to emails- once they did with shipping info it after that no response!

I have emailed company 3 times for a refund. No response from them. The product did nothing.

After three months of ordering the under eye product, I still haven't received my order. Customer service has ignored my emails, the link to track the order is no longer available. Last time I had access the product was still in China. However I am still getting emails to ask how I like the product and renew. Fortunately I did not subscribe so only out $50......

Unlike another reviewer, I do remember photographs showing extraordinary results. This product feels like a creamy chapstick. It does N O T H I N G for under eye bags. Nothing. I’ll request return and let you know what happens.

I received my Cuma order, and upon opening the packaging, found the product was hard, dry, and completely unusable. I could not roll up the balm at all. It was as if the tube was already used, and was at the bottom of the dispenser. When I contacted the company, I was given a response that orders for the product were delayed, as the product was in such demand - not what I had given as a complaint. Obviously, they hadn’t read my request for a replacement. They then offered a 20% refund, rather than a replacement. I agreed, as I could see I was getting no satisfactory response. I never received the refund nor another response. The company is a fraud.

Predatory upselling techniques.

I have sent numerous emails to them, but no reply.

An Instagram scam that I fell for-shame on me. This is just an expensive glorified chapstick. Don’t waste your money.

I wish I could give zero. Total scam artists. and Liars. Been almost 40 days and still haven't received. ASked for a refund and they either ignored me or tried to gaslight me asking me to provide the same details I have now provided over and over and over. Lied and said it was coming from europe but tracking clearly shows it coming from China. STILL waiting to be refunded.

It is exactly like a lip balm, possibly scented with lemon or citronella. Used it for a couple of weeks, didn't do anything, doesn't go on nicely, pulled my delicate under eye when applying. I think this is a scam

TOTAL SCAM!! Product does not work! Used it for 3 weeks straight with absolutely no change. The money back guarantee!? You will have to ship it to CHINA at your own expense and I can almost guarantee you will never see your refund!! The address on the website says FLORIDA! NOPE! CHINA!!
