I recommend Cultizm. If buying from the UK with VAT discount and discount codes they are very competitively priced even with shipping. There were a couple of issues of my own making with my order - i forgot to enter a discount code i had when finalising the order and had entered my postcode wrong. Cristian from customer service was very responsive and helpful. Applying the discount code retrospectively and helping to contact the courier re the postcode issue, after it had shipped.

I have been purchasing items from Cultizm for many years now. It was about time I give them some credit, they offer hands down the best service, prices, delivery rates, and the packaging. I highly recommend anyone to purchase from them, you won’t regret it!

I was a bit unsure whether I should order from Cultizm because of the negative reviews here. Fortunately, I can't understand the negative reviews. I ordered 2 pieces of orSlow in two sizes to choose from. The delivery was very quick and the credit note for the two items I sent back was also issued within a few days. I will definitely be ordering from Cultizm again.

Bad customer service. I got a bad pair of Nudie Jeans (expensive selvedge) that for some reason ripped after only 3-6 months of use and only one wash.

Cultizm was not interested and claimed the jeans were already old (bought slightly over a year ago) and claimed misuse. They didn't bother to ask the manufacturer.

I asked Nudie Jeans directly and they offered me a gift card to their shop and I hadn't even bought the jeans from their web page!

If you buy Nudie Jeans, buy from their page, not from Cultizm.

I give 2 stars because shipping was fast and previous returns were handled promptly.

I request to cancel my order within an hour of placing my order (I realised it was a wrong size) and was responded a day later stating it was shipped and nothing could be done waste a few hundred dollars in import fee and shipping fee. In today’s e retail this is subpar for customer service.

Terrible customer service. Not willing to help me when received a damaged / defective product.

I had an issue with the item I ordered, when I contacted customer service about it, they were extremely dismissive and flippant. Had to literally take them to court to get a refund, which I did eventually receive. All in all horrible customer service experience.

Probably the worst online retailer service ever: I made a purchase of about 580€ and after 3 weeks waiting for the delivery I sent an email to the customer service asking an update. They replied by saying that I did refused the delivery (lie) and they needed to complete the shipping analysis to make the refund and it could take 6-8 weeks (what??). So I spoke to the currier (fedex) and they confirmed Cultizm asked for the return and they didn't inform me about the delivery because I had a Spanish phone number and they were delivering the purchase to Italy. So after a month Cultizm still didn't refund my money and ask me to keep on waiting for (about their mistake).

Amazing customer service. I was unsure about the size for a Christmas present so I reached out to them. Not only did they extend the return period until after Christmas but they also gave me precise measurements of the jacket so that I could measure it up to another jacket my boyfriend has.

Hadn't heard of Cultizm before but the limited edition Momotaro jeans I wanted weren't available anywhere else so I gave them a try. The package went from Germany to Washington DC in less than 48 hours! The jeans themselves are the exact version/size and came with all the bundled accessories. Couldn't be happier! Definitely recommending them in the future, especially for harder to find pieces.

No communication, I have no idea what’s going on with my order. Sells premium products so far, customer service is at thrift store level.

I bought a pair of raw denim jeans but unfortunately they didn't fit. Returned the item and got a refund (don't be like me and forget to include the return form), despite this, it was handled timely. I bought a second pair and both times the shipping process was swift! Highly recommended.

Placed order on sunday. Paid and received the tracking number on monday. After 3 days they told me the jacket is no more available... So i lost 3 days waiting for nothing.

Nice variety of products as well as a friendly and quick customer service. If you like their brands then you should shop here. Never had any problems.

Ordered 2 Vibergs since last year from Cultizm. Fast shipping, great packaging, best prices I have seen online.

Prompt delivery (from Germany to the UK), always arrives quickly and in good condition - well packed etc.

Have ordered from them four times, really happy with the service. Have returned items twice and received a refund quickly. Very efficient and high quality service. Good prices, often cheaper to order from Cultizm and be sent to Yorkshire than it is to order from shops in London. Plus the customer service is better than I've experienced in some places in the UK.

Would highly recommend to others if looking for quality menswear and denim that can be hard to find in the UK.
