Basic subscription rip off

Created small CV but was unable to download it. Paid 1.99 to use 1 week of trial period.
After 1 week I was charged another 9.99 for basic subscription. Never received email that I subscribed to Basic plan.
Total rip off.
Wouldn't recommend to use this service.

Hi, thank you for your review. It is clearly stated on our website that the trial subscription will automatically be converted to a Basic subscription. We explain this on the payment page, but also via the payment confirmation email. You can cancel for free at any time. We're sorry you couldn't download your CV! You could of course have contacted us about this, and this would have been resolved within a day. But we haven't heard from you.
