Great selection of products. However disappointed to see the shipping to Ireland has dramatically increased to 10 euro for orders under 150euro. This will put me off shopping from cult beauty in the future as I feel that is too much for carriage alone.

Poor service
For my birthday, I received a Cult Beauty gift card and decided to spend it on an OUAI fragrance and a Byredo body spray. When I was putting together my order, I noticed that the Byredo body spray had a delivery restriction to my location, while the OUAI fragrance did not. That was fine, as the OUAI fragrance was the main thing I wanted. I added a few more things and placed the order. The next day, I received an email saying that Cult Beauty could not ship the OUAI fragrance after all due to a delivery restriction. They shipped only the products that had originally been “extras” in my order.
Delivery has recently gone up to €10, which already makes me question whether ordering from Cult Beauty is worth it. But when you cancel the main item and ship only two extras, it really makes me wonder why I should bother. For the same money, I can buy the exact same products locally and not wait two weeks for delivery.
The email said I would receive a refund within 3–5 working days. Today is the end of the fifth working day, and I still haven’t received anything, neither on my bank card nor back onto my gift card (I used both payment methods).
But honestly, the refund delay isn’t even what annoys me most.
What really bothers me is that I can still go to Cult Beauty right now, enter my location, and order the exact same OUAI fragrance. It is still shown as available for delivery to my country, even though Cult Beauty has already told me that it cannot actually be shipped. Nothing seems to have been done to prevent the same thing from happening to the next customer.
I’ve been ordering from Cult Beauty since 2019, and this kind of service is becoming more and more disappointing. I don’t expect every order to be perfect, but I do expect a retailer of this size to get basic things like delivery restrictions and refunds right.
This experience has made me seriously question why I should keep choosing Cult Beauty over other retailers.

Worst experience with customer service
I don’t think I have ever had a worse experience with customer service. They were not helpful at all, and, to make matters worse, they kept contradicting each other, so in the end, no one actually helped me. My request was left unresolved despite me contacting them immediately.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled, and I will definitely not be purchasing from this site again.
