Biggest load of crap I have ever bought. Trusted Thermomix but this company must be a scam. Blade has a central plastic piece that breaks first use. Contacted them but they said no warranty as I bought it on a promotion. I did not get any special deal. In fact bought one for my daughter-in-law and she had the same problem. SHAM ON YOU

Do not use this company and also do not fall for their busibess ad saying they are looking for a content creater. They use your Images and videos without consent to sell a product that never shows up. Do not. Rather buy it for 1/8th of the price in AliExpress aka the slicer

I ordered mine a month ago and still haven't received my order. I have sent two emails asking for a refund as it's taken so long I dont even want the products anymore. NO RESPONSE! Terrible company! Terrible service!

I am in love with this new attachment for my TM6!

I was excited to order my slicer/grater attachment and couldn’t wait for it to arrive however it took a month to arrive which is why I initially only gave it 4 stars. However, the free gift because it took so long made me change my mind and the number of stars to 5!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE SMARTSLICER

I purchased a Smartslicer in January and not at all happy with it. It does not grate the food - it mashes it.
I emailed three times and they did reply twice after at least 48 if not more hours. They wanted a video of how i use it. It is just Chinese rubbish.
Now after my third email and request for a refund I have not heard a word.
Buyer Beware.

Excellent Customer Care

The team at Culinary family have been great in particular Julia. So many times on websites where they have contact us and you do it and never hear back makes me so disheartened in companies. However Julia has been so attentive and engaged with me to ensure the part I bought is working. Will definitely buy from them again.
Highly recommend the team.

Do NOT use Culinary Family

Do NOT use Culinary Family , they take your payment and I am still awaiting my order. There is no local representative and whomever they use for delivery was not able to deliver, despite the location receiving several deliveries daily. When I try and speak to Customer Service, I only receive an email days later, promising to deliver... Yet I wait and still nothing after weeks and weeks- Order placed 21 st January, today is 17 February. Last update someone wants me to phone Malaysia , why should a customer need to contact someone overseas, when the sale was made elsewhere. AVOID culinary Family. I will NEVER order from them again. I just hope I get my money back. order #7426.

Such quick help when I emailed the company with an issue. Turns out their quick help including PDF and videos helped me work out how to use the item. My fault, but their help was so non-judgemental and effective. Trust them. I do!
