Do NOT Buy from Empowered PC

I strongly advise against buying from Empowered PC. I purchased a physically branded, custom-modified laptop from them in March 2025, and within six months it became completely inoperable. Despite repeated follow-ups and two separate RMAs, the company refused to honor the warranty on a critical component—the motherboard—claiming it was “used” or “B-stock,” and insisting only the parts they installed were covered.

I was quoted $1,544 for a new OEM motherboard with just a 60-day warranty, or roughly $700 for a third-party part with only a 30-day warranty. Their customer service manager repeatedly provided dishonest statements about warranty coverage, and I have emails proving their dishonesty, leaving me with a defective product and no real recourse.

This experience has been frustrating, dishonest, and unacceptable. Do NOT use Empowered PC—go with any other competitor.

I am 11 do not scam children with a gaming computer that they worked for for the entire summer.

Don't false advertise a windows operating system then not give a product key that goes with it.

Great place to get your new PC from. Just purchased a sick gaming rig from them with components that are hard to come by these days thanks to scalpers but luckily not only they build it for you so you save the headache but they also provide a very long warranty and great customer service if needed they are always there to help. I will be buying PC's only from them and I thank them so very much!

This company sucks. They sell junk and pass them off as new. Buy their junk at your own risk.
