Ordered pajamas and socks in November for Christmas. I never received them and canceled the order. Instead of acknowledging the cancellation, I keep getting updates on the order. I finally replied and told them that I was disputing the charge with my bank. Guess what? Manuela replies the same day and tells me items just shipped. The customer service and response time is abysmal. If you can find another company that does the same thing I would use them. Otherwise, you’re rolling the dice with this one. Manuela replies that all these events are coincidental, however, cannot deny that I ordered on 11/20/2025 and as of 1/19/2026 still have not received. CC overall Yelp score 2.5...that should tell you that 50% share similar view. Other businesses out there that offer same service. Please consider.

After reviewing the full conversation history, I can confirm that all of your emails were responded to, with updates provided regarding the production stage, shipping status, and our applicable policies. Your order shipped on January 9, and the email requesting cancellation was received on January 16, which was after the package had already left our facility. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
The shipping notification you received after mentioning a dispute was not triggered by that message, but rather by the carrier update tied to the shipment already in transit.
I understand this experience was frustrating, and I’m sorry it did not meet your expectations. That said, the order was processed and communicated in accordance with our standard procedures and policies.

This company is a scam and the products are subpar. I am curious about the positive reviews? The pajamas were extremely expensive. And the quality is cheap, plastic feeling, thin, the prints of the pets are low quality and blurry, overall they are poorly made. I would never purchase this product in person let alone spend so much money. I find it hard to believe that there are so many positive reviews for this product. Also, I wrote the exact message above as a review for each product that I ordered. I used the verified purchase link sent by CuddleClones and none of my reviews are on any of the products. I purchased: Pet Face Pajamas, Kids Pet Face Pajamas for $147.28 USD and then another order at the same time for Pet Face Pajamas for $120.31 USD. $267.59 total for goods that aren't even worth $10, items that my children won't wear, and "Due to the custom nature of these printed products, refunds and alterations are not available for these products."

No refund received just weeks of getting a runaround
Unable to get refunds from a cancelled order that are due to me. I’ve been communicating with the company for several weeks. Very frustrating. Both ShopPay and my bank say the merchant must resolve the problem- they keep on insisting the problem is not on their end. I requested transaction confirmation #s but instead they just responded with the original emails which stated refunds were processed. I’ve provided them with copies of the transactions, emails & my bank statements. They say there’s nothing they can do! I will file a dispute with my credit card bank. I will never order from them again and recommend others stay clear too!

The quality is good , I just wish the editing and revisions process was done via phone (if needed) because that lack of clarification held up the process . But after the second revision we did get it done .

Great Customer Service
We have gotten various products from Cuddle Clones over the past few years and have always been pleased with their products and their customer service. Our last purchase was for PJs. After wearing them for only 3 week, a hole had developed at a seem. I reached out to Cuddle Clones and they were apologetic. They offered to replace them at no cost. Their customer service was great.
