Needed to use to use self storage for 6 months during an extension on my property, from the moment I sent the enquiry through I felt my business was important. Personal service, unlike the other national chains who flooded me with e-mails and telephone calls.
Helped me understand what size room I would need and their sister company also helped with the collection of my items into store so I did not even have the hassle of renting a van and trying to do it myself around a busy work schedule.
Due to the size of the room I shopped around online from Tunbridge Wells to Eastbourne and out to Brighton and found they were the best value also.

I wasn’t asked to pay deposits and the whole transaction was painless, I have checked into 5* hotels that haven’t lived up to the service I received from Cube.

The site is secure and clean with your own private pin to access the site then internal buildings. I did have to wait a week longer than I wanted too for the room I needed as they were so busy (not surprising) so I would enquire earlier than you might think you need too.

Hopefully no more extensions but if I ever needed to use self storage again I would go back to Cube without hesitation. Congratulations to all the team who work so hard in getting it right.

I've been a customer with Cube Storage for over ten years and I have found them a pleasure and really easy to deal with. The rates are very competitive.
The staff are always polite and very knowledgeable. Any queries that you may have they will always come back to you with an answer, you do not have to chase them.
The recent addition of a new warehouse manager can only improve the service even more.

Graham Brooker is an absolute fantastic Store Manager. We have never met in person but the way we communicate vie email and phone is absolutely efficient and professional. The customer care is given is outstanding . You don't come accross theses days people who "care about you and your needs". Always on time, prompt and on top of things. If you have a questions he always says : leave it with me and i get back to you ' and he does. Cube Self Storage would not be an amazing Storage without Graham Brooker !!!

We were well received by the storage manager who gave us all the information and help we required in an honest, straight forward manner and at a competitive rate for our storage.

I've used a few storage facilities over the past few years, but none of them come close to this lot. The level of service and professionalism is outstanding - Graham is an absolute pleasure to deal with, as are the rest of the team. Helpful and courteous staff and management, well-maintained clean and dry units, and to top it off, if you take a minimum 6 months storage they'll move your items for you - what's not to like? Not sure how long that offer is running, but it's well worth considering - bearing in mind the other part of their business is removals, the move was undertaken with great care and professionalism, and they packed the unit very efficiently. No hesitation in recommending them very highly indeed.

Really great service, been looked after by graham as if we were his only customer, couldnt do enough for us, would recommend to anyone and alot cheaper than alot of other places !!

Good clean storage facilities, with good security. Open until 7pm most days, which is very useful.

Easy parking, good opening times, easy unloading/loading, trollies always available and lift always works. Great way to store things safely and in good condition.
Do remember a torch, so that when the light goes out, (because you've spent so long going through the "treasures," in your container) , you can find your way back into the corridor, to wave your arms at the sensors!! Hiring the containers was one of the best things we've done from both a personal and business perspective. Friendly and helpful staff.

As described. efficient and good customer experience

This storage is good and secure and I have access for most of the times required.. They could stay open longer on Saturday's & Sunday's as this is the time I am most likely to us this. Value for money..!! A little costly though for personal items, more geared to small business needs in this respect..

Cube recently moved my Mother's contents from her old home in to self storage in Uckfield.
The quote was very competitive, the office staff were not phased by the inevitable last minute changes and the move itself was stress-less, the team very polite, efficient & flexible and completed in 3 hours.
Just what we needed for what's been a difficult year.
Although we haven't visited the store, we were given our own key and login details and the visit process again appears flexible & efficient.

For the price a good location with good access times. Only major complaint is the lighting. Very good for the environment having 'timed' lighting but not for safety. There should be some form of override for people staying any length of time - being in your lock up with no means of re-activating lighting, other than taking a wander down the corridor in the dark when it goes out, is not very good or safe!

Really enjoyed dealing with Cube. Unit are clean, I could rent as long as I needed. And I could buy boxes and stuff there too. happy to recommend them.
