AVOID…

AVOID AVOID AVOID especially a lady A***on. The other reviews are right as i have also experienced the same. Wish i had seen the reveiws beforehand. Tried to deal with the situation muturally but it was clear they were in it for themselves. Youve been warned

Bring to account

Fortunately I've avoided this company. But if I'd experienced what other landlords & tenants have posted on all agents reviews, I would have considered the following:
1. County Court judgement application
2. Property Redress Scheme application complaint against Cube
3. Report to the Police through Action Fraud
4. Statutory demand notice of payment required
5. Competition & Markets authority
6. Maybe even a TV company such as C4 Dispatches
7. JVS on 3 counties radio
8. Trading standards
9. Companies House , as illegal activity would infringe the companies' confirmation statement
Perhaps others - as any rogue letting agent cannot get away with fraud

Striking Off Companies House

Just seen issued on companies house today 15/07/25 that Cube Letting Agents Ltd could be struck off. This follows being expelled from the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) through not complying with a binding decision. After a CCJ and with holding landlords funds . I would avoid them and if your a landlord or tenant beware urgently
