Where is the good support? I have automatic payments activated and still my server was closed because no payment. That's not the issue. I wouldn't give a bad review because of this. The problem starts later when I try to reach out the support. In the moment of writing it is the 14th hour of waiting. Wrote couple of times and the answers are - in the next 45 minutes, as soon as possible, thank you for your patience. 14 hours. Two of my players went to play at another server. The server is going great, but the 45 minutes yesterday, that are actually 14 hours for now.. Where is the good support? Really sad about this!

Very easy to use interface with minimal lag even in peak hours. Great hoster, good customer support, and overall really good.

Amazing services. Their servers are up 99% of the time and the server performance is simply amazing for such a cheap price. They offer alot of server customization including a ton of server types, free domain name, MySQL database, FTP Access, free web hosting and even server backups that are done automatically! Customer support will answer your questions within 6 hours or so

I've been hosting my servers here for almost 2 years under different accounts.

Pros:
- Cheap
- The server dashboard provides everything from customization down to mods and it's easy to use.
- The Support and the CubedHost team!

If I recall correctly, I had an incident where I would get a connection timeout, but one of the support staff, Naomi, walked me through the configurations, and checked on me a week after if everything was doing great.

Another incident I had lately is griefing. I asked for a restoration to a specific date and although there were was a tiny delay, they made up for it by adding a week worth of credit on my next invoice. This isn't necessary as the delay is negligible but I really appreciate it.

You're the best guys!

- Connection is always stable and the server is super fast.
- Backing up and uploading worlds are easy.

Cons:
- The plugins found on the dashboard are a bit old.

I don't know why there are 1 star reviews but you guys certainly don't deserve it.

I don't know where all this bad reviews are coming from.

Honestly I feel they are a bit pricey(with their latest promo, they are closing the gap), comparing with other services hosting in Singapore.

But boy do they deliver when it comes to customer support. They help address issues on lags, help me config things, provide me with great suggestions, basically anyway they can help me they try their best. If they cant, which is rare, they point me in the right direction. Thanks always to Bill, Sam(if that's their real name.) and the whole team.

Its been just over 2 years now hosting with them.

Takes days to address a simple issue. Very slow to respond.

Very good server hosting! You can costumize everything about your server, and the support are really great! They have a live chat :D

For those who don`t know CubedHost, probably this is it.

Cubedhost is probably the best MC hoster since old times I used for, constantly improving to archive better support and content. With better Prisma Console system, which the best system ever made to handle server configuration.

Server TPS is however, probably my plugin issues or too much (35+) for handling 30 players (which mostly around 17tps - 19tps) with 3GB Server, but so far, its good.

Support system is good, almost most of it reachable and sometimes give you freebies, which is great. And the pricing which already lowered a bit, is good.

If you plan to make a server, this could be it.

I used this hoster since 2015 till now.

I first of all want to say, I've had quite a lot of experience with server hosts, from the worst to the best, OwnageHosting, FragNet, Enjin, MCProHosting and more, and I'd say this is arguably the very best bang for your buck.

Yes there are some few problems like downtime, but each time my server has been down it has been because of maintanence, of which they always send an email 3-4 days before.

Its the best support experience I've had so far, responds fast and almost always answers your questions with the answers you need, provided you send the issue info. Friendly and quick.

Yes, its slightly expensive, but again if you have money, its worth it.

Been with these guys for over a yr now and I really don't know what to say. These guys are the best around and I am really impressed, so impressed in fact, I will never be looking for another host -despite the price. I've already gotten to know over the time I've been with them most of the team. And I've had a slew of problems on the server (Almost none were cubedhost's fault -W/ the exception of cPanel, which they eventually fixed). They handled professionally and fast. The team at Cubedhost I not only applaud for how they treat their customers, but how they are able to still put on a smile with how much I talk to them. When I first joined, I was running bukkit with a slew of plugins with friends using only 250mb of ram and it ran flawlessly! Now, my 2gb server is lag-free, despite over 40 pages of plugins. An

The quality of their servers are good but, when it comes to their support it takes them about 12 hours to answer a ticket and I had to wait 8 days for a server transfer when I purchased an upgrade and i've been waiting 5 days with no result for a server restoration!

If you go with this company be warned, their customer support is horrible!

I ran an 8 slot server for some friends and me, and it never went down. It was always running great.
Also, they give you the ability to install whatever server modifications you want, and this level of freedom is awesome.

CubedHost.org is one of the best places to host a Minecraft server!
The prices are good, the interface (their own website, Multicraft and FTP) works like a charm and their support is really, really good!
