Very easy purchase dispatched super quick. Think should say about import duties to be add by courier which was no problem but could do with saying on website. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. Works beautifully as you would expect being hand made. Very Very happy.

I bought the Cube Controls GT X2 wheel and its one of my favorite wheels cause i own several high end wheels. Had a issue with my wheel and i contacted customer service and the service was great 5 stars. They immediately send me a prepaid shipping label fixed the issue i had on my wheel and send it back to me. Cube controls makes amazing wheels and they have great customer service and take good care of there customers.

Excellent customer service. I bought my F-Pro second hand and yet they assisted me with troubleshooting the rim. Despite me fixing the rim myself, they were instrumental in helping me locate the broken solder connection.

These are great people who care about their products even after the sale!

I had a broken Q-Conn connector on my F Core and contacted the support. They replied after a few minutes and after sending a video they organized a pickup. About a week and a half later I got my wheel back and everything works fine.
Overall I am very happy. All my questions were answered, the response times were minimal and I felt well supported :D thank you!

Quickly send through DHL, good track and trace

Had an issue with my Fpro wheel and contacted support. After couple of remote sessions wheel still didn't work properly. Send it to CC and wheel was returned within a week now properly functioning. Excellent support even out of warranty.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my F-PRO (encoder knob snapped off). It was out of warranty so I just ordered some extras and fixed it easily. However, before sending me the parts, they made sure it was something I could fix on my own but were fully willing fix it for me if I wished.

The service of cube controls is perfect. I had an issue with my wheel and asked for help. They helped me trough every step. After this didn’t worked they picked up the wheel and fixed it. I had it back in 2 weeks :)

I had an issue with my CSX3 wheel and I reached out for help. Response was always instantaneous from customer support and they kind of suggested the factory reset first to see if it fixes my issue but it did not. Later they kind of asked to return the wheel. I still had the warranty. The courier pickup was initiated by Cube Controls team (India to Italy) and also helped me with various questions and documentation regarding inter country transfer. After week or so, i got the email stating the wheel was fixed and it is dispatched to me as well. I am so much happy hearing this.
I appreciate whole Cube Controls team for their quick action in resolving the issue. I will remember and for sure i will be happy purchasing their future products.

The wheel was not properly updated so I need assistance to get the right fear version in order to update the wheel correctly. I received all the assistance I need guidelines videos on the files so I could update the wheel and now it’s working perfectly.

Amazing customer service.
Provided every help possible when it comes to troubleshooting my wheel.
They were in constant contact and ultimately did everything to make my wheel work perfectly again.
