I had some issues downloading a model i purchased from their site so I contacted their ‘helpdesk’. I didn’t hear back from them despite writing to them multiple times through their site and Instagram. I lost over a $100 so won’t be using them again any time soon
Cubebrush is an interesting place for buyers and sellers, but very risky if you belong to the first group. I've come across users who sell products they don't own the rights to (they certainly didn't get permission from the real authors to redistribute them). I bought a couple of STL models from some seller, and only found out after that he was a scammer - in fact, the purchase can be considered as illegal, like downloading files from warez sites. This deducts a lot of points from the "credibility" of shopping on this platform and you have to be careful before buying.
