The windows were ready much quicker than we expected. The fitters were really friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain all of the stages to me. They advised me on what to do next with our plasteboarding and cleaned up well after the job. I would definitely recommend CTG.

A good experience from start to finish: straightforward survey and planning, we didn't have to wait too long, and installers Gary & Scott were excellent: great attention to detail, polite, helpful. Would definitely use this company again, thank you to everyone involved.

Living by the coast most properties are subject to all weathers and I thought it necessary to replace my front door which had 20 years of Cornish weather chucked at it.

Andy came to install a new door. The job turned into a much more difficult installation than anyone expected. Andy went above and beyond in getting the problems sorted out and remained polite, friendly and professional throughout. I was impressed with the effort he went to to rectify the glitches! Steve who came out to quote us was lovely and really helpful, showing us lots of great options which helped us to visualise what our windows would look like. I ordered a new front door from CTG having accepted a good quote from them. The lead time was as promised, and they answered my query about fitting a door knocker straight away.
The fitters were Casey and Ian, who were cheerful, professional and fast workers. Unfortunately, having taken out the old door and frame, when they unwrapped the new door, they noticed a small nick in the frame, and so immediately ordered a replacement. This meant that the new door had to be fitted on a temporary basis, but they came back this week with the new frame and carried the work out very tidily. Excellent service.

Fabulous new front door, not cheap, but expertly installed by Andy and Tony. They had to improvise the installation to overcome some unique issues and still managed to complete the install within the day.
Four stars as we are without a door cill that was paid for, but was impossible to fit due to aforementioned issues. Full five if a refund for this had been offered.

The Fitters Casey+Ian were very helpful and patient and very professional as things didn't start off very good in the beginning , but with reasurment and professional knowledge it all tuned out well , we're both very pleased withour new door thankyou

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was great. We received a very competitive quote from CTG, our windows and door arrived and was fitted way before the estimated date. We had 2 sets of fitters over 2 visits and they were friendly and brilliant with our excitable dog!

Once again the CTG Windows crew did the business! Arrived on time, fitted a new window in next to no time and carried out some minor repairs to one of our custom made doors from CTG. Hats off to Andy and Tony who even drank my coffee! Well done lads!
